Domino's Pizza

Ordered at around 5:30 Friday evening thinking it was slightly before the dinner rush. I get a call at 6pm and the driver was saying to come out because he's waiting outside. I run out and there's nobody there. I call him back after 5 minutes and he lets it ring. I call him again and there's no answer. I call the store and I was on hold for 30+ minutes which means they just let their phone ring and ring.

On the app it has said "delivered" at 6pm. It was now 6:30pm. Right before we get to the store to ask for a refund, we get 2 calls from a random number. We get to the store and the guy said that they attempted to deliver it and they even called us twice. I told them to refund our money and they gave it to us.

This is the 2nd time they do something shady with their delivery. The 1st time, we tracked the driver going back and forth from his home store to other addresses. The funny thing is, we only live a few blocks away and wanted to save a trip. Please don't order from them, save your money and your time.

I order today delivery because my kids dint have school while I was working around 12:20. So me thinking that my kids had already eat i called 2:30 home and stated that the delivery didn't arrive so y called Dominos I was on hold for 25 min so I hang up y called again on hold again for 15 called again then they answered saying that my phone number was wrong on the app I told them no y updated the number before paying but she said they had called me but nothing. This is the second time it happened on the same store really disappointed

Sister went to pick up order and they didn’t give her the whole order. Tried calling and no one answered.

Carry out pizza that was ordered on the app and still asking for a tip, lol.

It's a dope place to eat. Delivery is always on time and the place is easy to locate. An issue with my order happened and the store honored it. Pizza is always cooked wonderfully. If you want something good and consistent.

Do you really think plants want to eat oxygen all day? Of course not! They want pepper honey pizza, cheesy stix, and liters and liters of Coca Cola. Thanks Dominoze!! ?

Was missing items from my order I called they said they would deliver missing items it’s been more than 4 hrs still waiting. I guess my kids are not having dinner. Very disappointed
