We had 4 of 5 pizzas wrong, and the idiot manager Erik was very hostile towards me and didn't want to refund me even when I sent him photo evidence! He told me he'd send a driver to pick up the pizza and wouldn't give me a refund, which is crazy. Then he proceeded to talk over me and hung up without me getting many words in. Unprofessional! I am taking this to corporate because this is unacceptable. Luckily, when I called back, a woman helped me understand what to do next and offered me a solution to send back the pizzas for a full refund. This location has always given me problems, but they are our only local delivery for Dominos, and that's a sad shame.

This is the few times I order pizza here. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the correct phone number with my information, but I was receiving text messages about my order but the driver was inpatient My food arrived at 3:38 and I had to call them to get my order and not only that I had to wait outside for them to bring me back my order which is out of my convenience and it’s already going to be pass 4 pm The service is unacceptable and they’re not satisfying their customers.

Shout out to Erik who is always making my carryout orders. That said they sometimes get the ingredients wrong, not sure if they run out or what, but that could be an issue for some people with allergies, they should notify you of that before delivering. Also sometimes they'll really overdo the sauce and it makes the pizza really soggy. Even if you ask for your pizza baked well done they still give you soft flimsy pizza with the ingredients basically slipping off. Besides that an ok spot.

WE PLACED AN ORDER OVER 2HOURS AGO EVEN CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS WITH STORE IVE CALLED TO GET UPDATE ON ORDER AFTER AN HOUR THEN TO LEARN MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED CLAIMING NO ONE ANSWER TWICE I HAVE RING MY NEIGHBOR HAS RING MY CAR “MERCEDES” RECORDS AINT NO PIZZA MAN NOR WOMEN JUST LIERS AND MADE THE BLAME OUT IT SOMETHING WE DID WITH 3 KIDS WAITING NOT OK!!!!!!!!

This is the Pizza establishment in Los Angeles they are liars and very unprofessional we have three kids here and we ordered pizza twice they claim that their driver arrived at our house twice but that is a lie because we have a ring camera I would never ever order pizza from Domino's Pizza again anyone that's reading this review go to Pizza Hut this happened June 15 2024 around 12:30pm.
