The phone app stated my order was ready. Cashier informed me it wasn't. When I asked him why did I get the notification he seem annoyed. Then when he handed me my order he, purposely gave me the pizza box half open. Hispanic heavy set with glasses. Needs to be trained in customer service.

I recently placed an online order and used my points for a free New York style pizza. After 8+attempts (I kept getting a message saying, something went wrong please try again later) I was finally able to place my order but noticed there were 4 NY style pizzas in my cart. I wanted a pepperoni pizza, but I received a plain cheese. I called the Dominos that delivered my pizza only to speak with an employee who basically called me a liar and said if I can show him my receipt that says pepperoni, he will make me another one. I told him I was NOT calling for a free pizza. I wanted them to be aware of the online issue. He then said, have a good night and hung up. No apology, nothing...just hung up. When I tried calling customer service, I was directed to "Twitter or Instagram". I will NOT be purchasing from Dominos again. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!

Terrible service, John Paul who said was the assistant manager refused to provide the manager or regionals name. He was very argumentative and rude. They dropped my food didn’t tell me and assumed I could just wait extra time. I pre ordered my food for a reason and it was not to have to wait an extra 20 minutes! All would have been fine had the staff been polite and transparent.

Do not order via Uber eats. It says they provide their own drivers and that you can call the store if you have any issues. Not the case! Delivery never arrived and the lady on the phone was so unhelpful. She told me to provide an order number (Uber doesn’t give one) and she wouldn’t check my name or meal order AND she told me to call Uber which is useless because they have their own drivers.
