Terrible service, John Paul who said was the assistant manager refused to provide the manager or regionals name. He was very argumentative and rude. They dropped my food didn’t tell me and assumed I could just wait extra time. I pre ordered my food for a reason and it was not to have to wait an extra 20 minutes! All would have been fine had the staff been polite and transparent.

Do not order via Uber eats. It says they provide their own drivers and that you can call the store if you have any issues. Not the case! Delivery never arrived and the lady on the phone was so unhelpful. She told me to provide an order number (Uber doesn’t give one) and she wouldn’t check my name or meal order AND she told me to call Uber which is useless because they have their own drivers.

All the food is amazingly good, very consistent, and very friendly. Sometimes has extremely long wait times, but you can't blame them if staffing is short for the day. They work hard and deserve the attention. Always clean and welcoming, just needs better order fulfillment time.

Shout out to the little girl* that picks up the phone & hangs up on loyal customers, she usually works the night shifts & her boyfriend is the one who probably gets the MOST complaints about //she covers up for him & his bad delivery skills... drives a old black two seated Honda...Don't order past 2PM you'll get c r a p from here & who knows what else. Unfortunately this was my Worst customer service I've ever had.......I've had ONLY the best delivery service here at this location was by a man named hector ...he's the BEST !!... I will now call in before I put a delivery just to see if he's working in the future.

The staff here are all very nice and pleasant as well as being very quick with orders and always getting them correctly, which is something I can't say about the other locations near by so their consistency is really top notch here.

My phone was bugging last Saturday and I missed my delivery. But I called and they were ableTo deliver it still. The pizza was great and the customer service good too. Thank you guys so much ! I worked a ten hour shift that day and the pizza made everything better. Thanks

I ordered from here yesterday and paid for my food my delivery man didn’t have enough change for me so he said he’ll come back with the rest of my change and never did so i called up there today now all if a sudden i cant get my change
