The delivery driver is Mike he works at the store he didn't want to give me my change back I am disabled not able to walk he said he couldn't fit between cars and that I needed to walk outside!.. hello didn't I just say I could not walk I am disabled and chronically terminally ill!!! Then he almost threw my food at me so did in my face and said here don't call us again I would like my change back please I would also like to call and talk to a manager or district manager because the manager they have her name is Maria and she does not like to talk to people she will not let you get a word in without saying blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and I can't understand her because she speaks Spanish so please can I get a district manager to contact me if I hear nothing from you all within the next 3 days I will file a lawsuit

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I didn’t order a dry pepperoni pizza, they added no tomatoe sauce at all. I picked up, what a waste of money and time. I’m going to the Tweety Location now. I called and just noticed that I talked to the actual manager that made the pizza. When I asked her on the phone if she was the manager she said she was the assistant manager. I found out Rosemary made my pizza by going to my email, and it said if you need the manager give Rosemary a call. This store is a joke, how unprofessional. She should get trained better, I told her you should train your employees better and she agreed. They should start with her training.

Not only was my order an hour late. When the driver finally pulled up. They didn’t get out the car as I walked outside and they just drove off. The manager and the people working there argued with me as if it’s my fault they couldn’t provide me with good delivery service. Don’t order from this place they have a history of taking way too long with orders.

Called because got my ordered wrong but the store was already closed I was one of the last customers so I called the next day informed me they can only give me $5 coupon for the error that their staff did and because it wasn’t the same day? It’s closed how you want me to do something about it on the same day talk to a ghost or something??

My experience at this Domino’s location was completely unacceptable. Jesu, the employee I spoke with, showed a blatant lack of professionalism and treated me with little to no respect. On top of that, I was given false information and observed clear non-compliance with company policies. This behavior appears to violate California Business and Professions Code § 17500 (false or misleading advertising) and Civil Code § 1770 (deceptive business practices). Customers deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and basic professionalism — not the disregard I experienced here.

I ordered the pizza through the app and they told me it would arrive in 25 minutes, everything was fine, then it appeared that it had already been delivered but nothing arrived... I called to make the complaint and a lady answered me and told me that my delivery guy was already on his way, I told her I was fine, then another half hour passed and no one came, then I called and they didn't answer me after waiting two hours I had to go to this place and ask about my order. They told me that the delivery guy had left and that he had called me but the delivery guy never called and never came since I was waiting for my order at the door I realized they were lying then they had my order they gave me my pizza it was cold, poorly made and I received it because I was a little late (I don't especially recommend this place these delivery guys don't like to work) I assumed they would give me some kind of discount but I have never had such terrible service.... (Waste of money and time)
This Dominos is the worse dominos to buy from the pizzas come out bland, stiff and messy. If you order from the app it gets worse they take close to an hour to deliver by that time the pizza is disgusting and cold. Stay away at all costs a frozen pizza would taste better than the pizzas from this location.
