First of all I ordered two different pizza’s and I ended up with two of the same. One had a hair in it. I rode my bike to pick it up so I didn’t find out til I got home. I called the restaurant and they wanted me to ride my bike all the way back just to show them the hair and show them my pizza’s. I talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do for me! That is a health code violation. How do I know it’s not someone’s pubic hair. I’m disgusted with domino’s completely! I will never eat there ever again. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Do not go to this Domino’s on Florence and Alameda. They put pubic hair in your food!

My girlfriend bought me pizza with extra cheese and wings, they did not deliver the wings and the pizza had no extra cheese, it was plain and ruined my appetite, regarding the wings she called dominos to complian about it they gave her no refund instead Domino's credits for the next order , by the way the delivery was more than an hour , cold as hell pizza, how the heck do we want to spend the credits there again for the same horrible service ??
I ordered a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza and they didn't add any pineapple, when I called I was told they can only give me $5 credit, I asked to speak with manager and she hang up on me. I called back and someone finally offered to replace my pizza but I had to wait 2 hours. Never coming back.

I am a loyal customer and this has been the worst experience I order to hand tossed pizza and got thin crust I called the the store and mention to the yanelly and explain that my order was wrong and she didn't help my order said hand tossed blaming me the customer that I made the mistake I asked to speak with the manager and I was lied to and got transferred to Lorena once again I explain my situation and didn't offer to fixed my order even when I explained that my order was wrong I asked them to fix the mistake she mention I had to drive back and they would make my order but I had to return the pizza I had no problem with that but not only did I drove twice for my order but once I was there I asked to speak to the manager and Betty came to the front and said I didn't speak with her when over the phone I was told that I spoke with the manager not only was I lied to but my correct order was not done. I made sure to show Betty the order that I placed that specifically says 2 large hand tossed pizza and confirm that I received the wrong order. And gave her the two pizza large thin crust that I was given. And had to wait. So they can make the order again when I already waited 15minutesdrove home to notice I got the wrong order twice waisted time calling and not being help. Driving back and notice my correct order not being ready this is horrible customer service and the worst part is that Betty mention to me that they though I lied why would I lie so now I'm a liar so I had to bring the pizzas back was called a liar and had to wait for my order to be corrected when I had spoke to someone over the phone that my order was wrong i will make sure to place my review this was just so disrespectful and disappointing
