Really not a fan of Dominos sending food out with no safety seal or tamper-proof label for deliveries. My food wasn't even in a bag. This is food, please make it at least seem safe to consume.
I'm not sure if this is specific to this store, or a company-wide thing. I don't eat fast food often, I just had a gift card (that didn't work).
Please do better with how you all hand delivery orders over to customers.

We had an amazing experience at Domino’s, thanks to Nathan! We placed a large order of 55 medium pizzas for our preschool bake sale, and he had everything ready in less than two hours. Nathan was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly, ensuring our order was accurate and fresh. We truly appreciate your hard work and will order from Domino’s again.

Visiting from the UK and ordered through UBER …. Food never arrived and they lied to Uber saying I had the food….. but it never arrived so i wasn’t allowed a refund….. driver clearly made a mistake… rang Uber 3 times and dominos but refused to give me any new delivery or refund…. Told me to go to a random house to get the delivery which was clearly delivered to the wrong person - I would avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs
When ringing the restaurant they were rude and blamed me for not receiving the food????

we ordered to go medium size pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and the person who was working there gave us pepperoni with pineapple instead mushroom. We found out when we got home. When I called to tell them, the person was rude and said, you have to bring the pizza back. We were so tired that we decided to keep the pizza. It’s not fair that the employee didn’t pay attention when we placed our order.
Awful. Just awful. No seatings and ugly 25 dollar pizza for 14 inch

This is the second delivery driver to not have any change whatsoever while making a cash delivery. This guy launched into a litany of excuses about the economy being bad and gas being expensive. Unbelievably unprofessional and clearly planned. He got his extra five bucks, never ordering Dominos again.
