Visiting from the UK and ordered through UBER …. Food never arrived and they lied to Uber saying I had the food….. but it never arrived so i wasn’t allowed a refund….. driver clearly made a mistake… rang Uber 3 times and dominos but refused to give me any new delivery or refund…. Told me to go to a random house to get the delivery which was clearly delivered to the wrong person - I would avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs
When ringing the restaurant they were rude and blamed me for not receiving the food????

we ordered to go medium size pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and the person who was working there gave us pepperoni with pineapple instead mushroom. We found out when we got home. When I called to tell them, the person was rude and said, you have to bring the pizza back. We were so tired that we decided to keep the pizza. It’s not fair that the employee didn’t pay attention when we placed our order.

This is the second delivery driver to not have any change whatsoever while making a cash delivery. This guy launched into a litany of excuses about the economy being bad and gas being expensive. Unbelievably unprofessional and clearly planned. He got his extra five bucks, never ordering Dominos again.

unfortunately this is the closest Dominos to me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've came here the last 3-4 times I've been met with a worker that is absolutely insubordinate and creates an atmosphere of " I will help you if I want to help you and if you make it too complicated I will act as if your miscommunication and making my job hard" Upon walking up to Dominoes Pizza on Hollywood and Gower I find myself with a Native American Woman that at first seems as if she was ready and willing to work.
