The Hispanic woman at the register with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me like I owed her thousands of dollars. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this location. Customer service seriously needs improvement.

What a bad service, I've been waiting for 35 minutes for my order to come out. They should change their employees, they are already old, they take a long time and there is a lady who does not take orders from other people during this time that I have waited, 2 people have already come and because they are busy they cannot take their order..... how bad

Domino’s is usually great—hot, fresh pizza, delicious garlic-seasoned crust, and their chicken wings are always crispy and flavorful. Delivery is fast, and the food quality is solid. However, our last order had one mistake where a topping we specifically asked not to be added was still on the pizza. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s a reminder to double-check orders before sending them out. Overall, still a great place for a quick and tasty meal!

I don't do reviews but this one I had to. The customer service here is very bad the employees are rude and have smart mouth. I ordered a pizza the girl said my card didn't go through so I used a different card she said the next card didn't go through either which it did it said approved. I left and realized she didn't give me my sauce that I paid for. I went back and asked for my ranch and she say I am the manger and I go I said ranch she's like did you pay for it I said I did it's on the receipt and she says what do I have an attitude for? For one I shouldn't have to come back if you did your job properly instead of giving the customer attitude you should do what's right. So I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me so here she is. Everyone please go to a different dominos for better service they have bad reviews for a reason. Plus they're dirty in there hopefully I don't get sick.

Clean but the service has a way to go. The chicken was raw with absolutely too much breaded flour mix that turned gooey. I’m literally having a bit of nauseated stomach feelings after eating the chicken. The worse part of the half cooked chicken was that my children also ate the chicken! I’m a little upset on that because I really couldn’t wait to try the new chicken. The pizza was dry. It was supposed to be only 30 minutes or less from the oven and it was flat and very dry like jerky. This is a very ritzy area and you would expect quality to be a priority as usual, but I honestly had a better experience in a more urban environment under very similar circumstances and wait times.

This was the worst restaurant and customer service experience I have ever had. We ordered two small CHEESE pizzas and made it very clear since we ordered on the phone. 30 mins later we get our pizzas with MEAT on it. We’re vegetarians. We were furious and waited for them to pick up their phones for an hour. When they finally did I demanded a refund and they told me they can refund us but not send us new pizzas. They have the WORST service I’ve ever seen. It’s not worth it to order from here. They don’t care about their customers. I pray this place shuts down.

They do not answer their phone so you can’t call them when your order is an hour late. Will never order dominoes again. I suggest everyone stay away from this place. Will be filing a charge back with my credit card company.

Our food was not delivered and the store ghosted us. After an hour we called to check in and the automated message told us it was delivered and then it just kept ringing. We got through to the customer service line on a different phone and they apologized then tried to transfer us to the store, where we were again met with eternal ringing. This was between 8-10pm and they're open until 1am so it wasn't a matter of them closing. We also paid in advance so we're out nearly $70!
