So I’m not the type of person to typically leave a review, but this Dominos is AMAZING. The service is always very efficient and kind. And most of all, the pizza is great. I’ve had pizzas from other Domino’s and for some reason they’re not as good as this particular store. I highly recommend this place for a quick, easy, and cheap meal.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza is great, and you can add vegetable toppings.

First time going to this dominos. Placed an order for pickup. Didn’t check the order at the store, because that’s not typically required with dominos.When I arrived home, I had the wrong pizza. I called and the store associate said that I could come back and pick up a new pizza; but that he would not be able to refund me.This was after he confirmed I received the incorrect order, as the pizza I received he had me describe, and it matched another order in the system.I wasn’t trying to drive back to pickup a new order. So now I’m taking to review this place in hopes that management is able to resolve this issue.Pretty poor customer service at the store level.

Pathetic especially for the location. Burnt Tator totts and burnt pizza topping the steak was cooked to a crisp like literally like steak chips the bacon on the tater tots was completely burnt and the sad part is they won't even answer the phone to rectify the issue. It has to he the fact that they are getting too many

They don't follow order instructions. They don't follow delivery instructions. And what's worse is that you cant even do anything about it because they don't "complete the delivery" in their system until like an hour afterwards!I ordered 2 large pizzas, the 16 piece parmesan bread bites, and the boneless chicken.The first specialty pizza was made incorrectly. The other pizza looked okay but not great. The 16 piece parmesan bread bites were BURNT and there were only 12 pieces in it. The chicken was fine.But also I specified "Contactless delivery" so tell me why I had to walk downstairs to go meet the driver in the middle of the street?! Why offer a service if you aren't going to actually fulfill or accommodate that service?!Terrible quality. Bad service. And for like $70 too.It is absolutely ridiculous that they can charge so much for such subpar service and food.EDIT - while the bread bites were BURNT. The pizza itself is actually UNCOOKED. So it's wrong, and inedible because it's not cooked through ?

Tracking app didn't work. Pizzas were 45 min late and were delivered to the building across the street. I called the store and they got a hold of the driver but I was told "Driver delivered it to the receptionist in the lobby, on a table" I explained there's no table in our lobby , their response "I don't know what to tell you".

As a service center manager, I understand what speed of service is and equally important meeting customer satisfaction. I was blown away with how fast and accurate everyone at this location. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't remember the managers name but her eyes was as radiant as the sun. I was promised 15 minutes for my pizzas to be ready. (They were busy but everyone was hustling, they all worked with urgency and pride) the manager handed me my pizza and a complementary pizza because they went over 45 seconds from the promised 15 minutes. I was embarrassed to take the free pizza because the whole team really met my expectations and more. I was willing to pay for the extra pizza but the store insisted. THIS LOCATION EARNED Not ONLY MY BUSINESS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY MY TRUST. The whole team was amazing
