The service was great. The food was good and was ready pretty fast.
regularly order from Domino’s and usually get the same pizza, but this time I ordered from the Westwood location—and wow! The pizza was noticeably better than other locations. It was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Big shoutout to the team at this spot for really stepping it up. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!
Worst quality worst service. Pizza is always late. Manager refuses to take responsibility. Beyond awful.
just like everyone else here i experienced their nonexistent customer service. avoid at all costs, absolutely a waste of time to order from here.
ryan hafron if you see this you literally have one job, i don’t understand what is so difficult about making sure a pizza is delivered to the correct address and also taking accountability when you mess up a customer’s order. there was zero contact when you attempted to deliver the pizza, and you had delivered it to the address across the street rather than at my building (how is that even possible it takes 1 second to read the building number). on top of that i reach out to your store by phone because the pizza is cold now that i’ve picked it up 1 hour after i was supposed to receive it, you and your buddy pick up the phone and go on mute while im trying to work out a solution with you guys. i don’t understand how you have one job as a service worker and can mess it up this horribly and on top of that give zero care at all to your actions. hopefully you realize that being careless this way is a waste of time and energy for both you and the people you serve.
Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was shockingly rude. I had already waited longer than the estimated delivery time, only to receive the wrong pizza. When I politely asked for a replacement, the person at the front counter yelled at me instead of helping resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Waiting is one thing, but being mistreated for their own mistake is beyond frustrating. I won’t be ordering from here again.
On superbowl Sunday the guy upfront loses track of some other customer’s order, but I can see my pizza right in front of me. Even though I tried to tell him that, he just brushes me off, tells me to hold on and spends 20 minutes moving pizza boxes around, (including mine, to the back) looking for a pizza that wasn’t even made yet. That customer even turned to me and said that this guy is ridiculous before leaving without his order.
At the end of that time, what did I get? A cold box.
I’m never going to Domino’s again
I can't lie. This is my go to over all the fancy pizza joints. Thin crust still hits! Manager at Westwood location is super cool
The manager of this location is very nice. A pizza came that was too soggy because of my fat fingers in the app. They were really nice and fixed me another pizza that was perfect. They really care. The delivery driver also showed me how to order well done.
Timely and great deals
Worst ordering experience ever. Placed a delivery order and on the tracker it said it was “quality checking” for an hour. I called and they said they had one delivery guy who’s been busy, but that my order had been ready for 40 minutes. I could’ve picked it up myself and finished it in that amount of time. I tried asking them for an estimate on how much longer it’d take and they said another 30 minutes. Then when I tried cancelling the order they put me on hold for 15 minutes?? Worst customer service and terrible experience.

They app showed my pizza was delivered. After 30 min I called to ask where my order is they cancel my order.

Last two orders had issues. Loaded tots was burnt to the point where the cheese was just black. Pizza missing toppings.
Nothing worth driving back and having the order redone but not risking ordering here again.
They dont follow instructions, ignore allergies, and when you call to talk to the manager “Freddie” he’s incredibly rude and hostile and yells over the phone. Stay away from this location, pretty much turned me off from the brand based on this experience
