I had placed an order online for family and I mistakenly put the wrong address. I called and they really helped me out! I was stressing thinking someone else got my order, but I was able to change the address to the correct one and the driver re delivered.The male and female that helped over the phone were patient and helped me get it delivered to the right address. This dominos pizza just stole my money i made a purchase never got my order and on their website it was mark as order complete and that it was pick up i try to call the store they told me when order is not pick up the order get automatic cancel and that money was going to give it back to my credit card its been 2 weeks now and i never got a refund This store robes you and mark your order complete when its not

I've order at domino's for decades. This has to be the worst domino's ever. The people taking the order on the phone are rude especially the young lady!! Pizza is done any kind of way, crust has bubbles all over it. Don't order the pasta dishes, they'll have hardly anything in there literally. You can be in the middle of the order, and they will put you on hold. Eat there at your risk and health......

I don't think I've ever met a lazier, more rude pizza place. I put on the delivery instructions to ring the doorbell because the person I ordered for that is living there does not have a phone. They called me and after I tell the driver to go up to the door and knock, he driver tells me that's not what he's getting paid for and hung up. I called into the store and after a short conversation with a very rude lady I got hung up on again. Never again

I ordered a new York pizza well done and with sausage. The driver showed up while I was washing the car in front. I opened the pizza box to see the pizza. It looked like it was in a crash The driver said he would call and get another pizza made. I called and asked for a manager. Letti answered the phone and told me that the driver Beto said I didn't want the pizza. I told Letti that I'm not an animal I won't give the dog a pizza looking that bad. I told her Beto told me he was gonna call to have another pizza made. Beto said no no I didn't want the pizza. Seems like Letti and Beto are calling me a lair! I'm going to contact corporate tomorrow and attempt to file a complaint for this terrible service

It's a great Domino's, I'm always greeted when I enter the store, and they work very quickly. the pizza is convenientlyrushed through the oven for a quick pick up
Was told they don't deliver west, even though I got an order from them two days ago. To the same address. Got hung up on by the driver 4 times. Store eventually called me to say they just had to cancel the order. Quite disappointed.
