I ordered pizza with mushrooms yesterday around 3pm. (03.22.2024) I started to feel bad then I went to the hospital. The doctor said you have food poisoning. Food poison!! How did u make that pizza? Did you put rotten mushrooms on my pizza?NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery driver was incredibly rude. Jose had begun verbally berating me for being two minutes late after he had called. Kept stating that I was not responsible. Stay away from this location like the plague, or don't if you enjoy bad service.

I came to LA for a convention in the area and just wanted some cheap pizza after a long day. Management had a serious attitude problem after I asked a simple question about how the pizza was cut.

The last three times I ordered I specified "Contactless delivery" Two of those were because I had the Flu and the last because I just didn't feel like answering the door. Everytime- doorbell rings and door knocks. Why? I paid ahead (and tipped 20% ahead) so there is no reason not to just drop the pizza and walk away. It's called "contactless" for a reason, right?Never mind that one of those deliveries took 45 minutes from leaving the store to deliver 6 blocks away, handing me a stone-cold pie.Dominos was much better for a while and delivery while not cheap, was at least reliable. One more like this and I'll stick to Hot Pockets..

I was an out of state traveler, and decided to stop in since it's a fairly reliable chain where I'm from. Unfortunately the food was less than appealing, and management was less than kind. Incredibly disappoint and wouldn't recommend for local or visitor alike.

NOT a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Left a 15% Tip too.Order wrong. Ordered pepperoni cheesebread. Also ordered hearty marinara for the pizza sauce. RECEIVED Breadsticks with no cheese or pepperoni inside. Why would someone do this??? Not funny at all.Pizza was burned, hard, not fresh, and had no marinara. What is going on over there???

These clowns never read the special instructions for online orders nor do they understand what NO garlic means. Absolutely stupid for this idiot company to make it a default of adding garlic on pizzas when it's trash as opposed to make it to where people should request if they want it or not. Do that and it eliminates the amount of wrong orders. No chance people actually like that cuz it's actually gross.
