My pizza was cold and I could tell the pizza was made earlier in the day many hours before I had placed my order.

Walked into this location 08/23/2024 around 3-3:30pm. The person working was alone. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I stood there waiting, he finally came after he was done making a pizza. I asked him what specials they were offering, he said, "Dominos no longer does that". I tell him, that's weird, because other locations offer specials/coupons in stores and on flyers. His response, "that was long time ago. Dominos doesn't do flyers." He told me to look online if I wanted a coupon or discount. So I looked online and I was surprised to see that this locations prices are higher than the one I usually go to. I didn't come back in. I ordered from one of the stores I frequent down the road. I would rather drive to Pico and Arlington where people are friendlier and pay a few bucks less than having to deal with the guy who gave me false information.

Literally the rudest manager. Was told I would get a credit for my order that was mad incorrect and over cooked… literally every time I order from and the short Latina lady isn’t working I feeel sick after or my food is burnt. This time I decided to say something about it. I call back a week later to get my credit redeemed. And the manager has the worst attitude so aggressive over the phone they can’t even locate my account when I give them my number. But insist that I’m lying and instead of even trying to figure out why my name isn’t popping up he just keeps over talking me telling me he isn’t giving me anything. I don’t need to steal a 14 dollar pizza I just wish they kept there word. And had decent customer service. And spoke somewhat understandable English

Ordered Chicken and Mushroom on a pizza today they gave me Pineapple and Mushroom instead. SMH. Wouldn’t be a problem but they skimped my topping even though they were incorrect.

I have to go look for another branch because the man who answers doesn't know, I don't understand everything he says, he stammers, he hesitates, he tells me 22usd then 17usd, I canceled the purchase, it's very unclear to explain and sell and collect .

Pizzas are done good just don't expect curbside delivery even if u choose it. You still have to go in to get your pizza or you will be waiting a long time .. there usually under staff

Order said complete. Went In , said 2/3 mor minutews . Waited outside , washed my car windows , where I could be seen. 5 min+ nothing. Went back in. They asked for wi . I did I was just in here . Have me pizza , they didn’t check. Got home and one out of 2 trays was completely wrong, like they gave us someone else’s. Couldn’t eat it , since it had meat. Called and gave us credit but wife had no dinner. SO, service kind of SUCKS!
