Last night ordered delivery from this location and the order came quickly, gave them my number and told them to call when outside. Went downstairs and stood by his car for close to 10 minutes. When I got back upstairs he wasn’t there either, called to see where he was he said he had to leave. I went to the store which was a major inconvenience to get my pizza. Told the lady working the window they messed up our order and she quickly handed us two boxes of pizza which I later realized were not our order and had to return for a 2nd time. She claimed she would refund the delivery fee but took down no number no order or name. When I returned I spoke with a younger guy and he quickly remade our correct pizzas and refunded our order. The other lady who originally “helped”, a Hispanic lady with pink clip in her hair laughed as the delivery driver came in and she told him I was there for my pizzas. It’s not funny to inconvenience someone and then intentionally give them the wrong order. Poor service but s/o to the guy that got it right

I always ordered from this place and the food was decent. However, on my last order, the wings were so weird-looking that I had to throw them away. 4 of the pieces looked like fallen or cut-off pieces from a whole wing. They came in the order considered full-wings but they looked small and nasty compared to the actual wing next to them. Sad that I wasted my money on this.

I ordered two large two toppings pizzas and used points for a 16 piece Parmesan bread bites today 2/13. Not only did i receive only two medium pizzas, but they were not the ones I ordered at all. I received a completely wrong order and when I tried calling they just transfer me and leave me on hold. No help whatsoever.

The pizza is very tasty. I like it but the only problem I’m having it for more than a few years with Domino’s is the service. The people is very rude and they don’t take care of you when you’re waiting for your food. They’re not even asking you if I have any food for pick up. Domino’s I’m talking with you. Can you invest anything into the service or you don’t care about that at all?
