I ordered two large two toppings pizzas and used points for a 16 piece Parmesan bread bites today 2/13. Not only did i receive only two medium pizzas, but they were not the ones I ordered at all. I received a completely wrong order and when I tried calling they just transfer me and leave me on hold. No help whatsoever.

The pizza is very tasty. I like it but the only problem I’m having it for more than a few years with Domino’s is the service. The people is very rude and they don’t take care of you when you’re waiting for your food. They’re not even asking you if I have any food for pick up. Domino’s I’m talking with you. Can you invest anything into the service or you don’t care about that at all?

So sadly that the employee with the name of Omar and from my understanding he is a manager at this rampart and 6th st. Location is not professional at all or has any manors in treating customers,instead of him trying to satisfy the customer for the mistakes done by him he reacts wrongfully with real rude negative behavior.this hasn't been the 1st time but 2nd time he has done this
