My other Domino location always delivered me 5-star experience. This location is literally the worst.
First, my delivery showed up 30 minutes past the end of the approximate delivery window. The driver “accidentally” marked it as delivered when he went back to the store to ensure it was a “on-time” delivery. I had to call two times asking where my driver was because he showed the pizza as being delivered 30 minutes before it was actually delivered.
The driver also couldn’t find my place and then told me I gave him the wrong address as he didn’t follow the delivery directions. When you are 30 mins late, do not argue with the customer so I showed him he was wrong.
Overall I hope to never have to deal with this location again. I think they are fixing their stats for corporate and will passing on that concern.
just change the staff
What I like even more than there pizza is the people who work there ! If the owner reads this please give the lady who is the manager at night a raise !!!
Please avoid this place, customer service if there is -zero I will give it to them, I made my order 24 hours in advance, and at time of pickup the order is not ready needs45 minutes and after that, they said not ready they need another 45 minutes, and if you don't like it cancel order, so they don't care after 24hours plus 90 minutes, I have no other choice I cancelled it and I went to pizza hut , I got my order in 20 minutes and the workers so professional and respectful to their customers, cut the story short run from this store
Beware of this Domino’s location! Avoid at all costs!
I’ve had repeated issues with this store, and it’s clear that serious changes are needed. The management here should be replaced, and the staff needs retraining. They consistently get my orders wrong, either forgetting toppings or completely changing them. On top of that, deliveries arrive soggy and subpar. What’s worse is their habit of manipulating their order tracking system—marking orders as “delivered” long before they actually arrive. My last delivery took over 80 minutes to get to me, even though the system falsely showed it as delivered. Extremely disappointing experience.

I got food poisoning here twice and now refuse to go to another Domino’s (my fault the second time for giving them the benefit of the doubt). I couldn’t eat normally for at least 1-2 weeks both times.
Go at your own risk.

TERRIBLE. I want to select 0 Star if possible. They gave us the wrong order and we only found out when we got home. We were extremely hungry and had to be somewhere after eating but we were delayed due to the mishandling. When we requested to deliver us the right pizza, Patricia, the manager of the store refused and said we would have to come pick it up or pay for delivery. They simply refused to deliver the right pizza to us free of charge. It was an awful inconvenience to us that was caused by a fault on their part, otherwise we would not have had to go there and pick it up again. Even when we got there to pick it up, instead of apologizing, Patricia had such a rude attitude and said "so what?" (that they gave us the wrong pizza). "So what?" is totally unacceptable and not the right way to apologize to a customer for a mistake they made. I will never order from them again and order from Pizza Hut in the future.
