This place is great, but half of the employees have no idea how to ring up or have information on what they sell, today I ordered my pizza, the app said it was ready and as I went in they said it wasn't ready until another 10mins, waited another 20mins but they didn't tell me anything I had to go up to the counter to ask again.

Terrible service I ordered some pizzas and I was waiting for more than an hour I called and they told me we don't know about your order in the end they say I think it's in the other branch on 7th Street I call and they say they still haven't placed your order in the end it arrived after one hour and 45 minutes and it was no longer accepted
The food is always a little burned, weird and poorly done, the Kepler working seems nice but they definitely don’t make enough to work good. Today delivery was again burned and a blond long hair that’s definitely not mine!

Food was amazing as always! Drivers friendly as always!But the order was accidentally missing the drink ordered with it. I called the store 4minute a before closing to ask if they could refund me the drink since it is not my fault. Once I called I was put on hold for 4minutes. As I called 4minutes before closing the call crashed at 12:00pm (the closing time). I have called earlier to add items to the order and the voice messaging system (hold) was no longer then few seconds.
Ordered delivery and multiple orders I’ve had were the worst I can’t even choose my location anymore and they assigned me this one thru the app the worst store they should close

Delivery driver is incredibly rude and aggressive and tried to tell me that I wasn’t outside fats enough for him that he waited 15 minutes which was a lie don’t recommend getting delivery just pick it up unless u want to be yelled
