Domino Dominos yummy pizza đ in my tummy
The pizza was awful from here and I really love Dominos pizza too. It was like the pizza had been sitting around drying out before I got it I originally had gone in paid for and it wasn't ready yet. Came back in 5 minutes and it was like I said as if the pizza had been sitting around for half hour to an hour just drying out on the counter. It was terrible. I don't know what happened but The pizza was terrible.

Donât order curbside because the employees will not take it out nor cut a pizza correctly leaving it not throughly cut or finish cutting all slices for a large pizza, had an order yesterday around 5:20 it was showed it was completed and had to walk in to ask for it, I donât mind grabbing it but donât have an option available if youâre not going to use it, and my car was parked in a spot in front of the dominos building.

Every time I order delivery there is a problem. Delivery drivers do not read delivery instructions. I placed an order today and it said it was delivered but it wasnât. I saw the delivery driver outside, she got out of her car, looked around, and drove off without delivering my order. Horrible experience.
I made a mistake when placing an online order (order was incorrectly marked "deliver now" instead of tomorrow evening) at 1:46 PM. I noticed immediately and looked for a "cancel order" button online, of which there is none, and then attempted to call the store to report the mix-up and cancel the order, only to be left on hold for over 20 minutes - very curious considering it was a random Tuesday at 2 PM and the store is the size of a shoe box.
When they finally answered, the rep told me that the pizzas had already started being made and threatened that I would not be able to order from that store again as a result of my cancellation.
On top of that, the Domino's customer service portal online is clearly designed to exhaust you into giving up on filing your complaint, with a chatbot asking dozens of minute questions that would clearly be available on the order ID that you had already provided. Screenshots below - and there were even more than that.

Just horrible service. None of the drivers I've had spoke English, so if they call with any questions I basically have to run around trying to find them. Even the in-store staff couldn't understand me when I've called them. I also always mark "leave at my door" on the website, but only 1 delivery has been left there out of the 5 or 6 I've ordered from here. They always just call me or slam on my door instead of dropping the order off like I asked. Oh and the pizza is never cut right. Idk who taught them to cut pizzas, but it looks like a Jackson Pollock painting with all the cuts in random directions on every pizza. Overall, horrible service. Just hire some people who can speak English and cut pizzas like a sane person.
