The food was great. However, it took 1 hour and 28 minutes to get one medium two topping pizza and breadsticks made from time of order to completion on a Saturday night. Please pay your staff more so you can hire more staff and avoid long wait times like this. They were super helpful and obviously were working super hard so they deserve more $. I would not be working that hard for $17 an hour.

The order I received looked like it had been run over. I'm not even kidding. I called to ask for a new one and they made me the wrong pizza out of spite. Was able to call into corporate to get a free pizza out of it but I didn't want to have to go through that trouble in the first place, just wanted a pizza that didn't look like it was assaulted. Lady in the front is rude and needs to be dealt with. The photo I included is what the pizza looked like when it was delivered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The service was an absolute F, I went to pick a order that showed it was ready on the app. And then the young girl making pizza made me wait for about ten minutes she finally asked what I was there for with the most horrible attitude and service as if I was just there just hanging out. I told her I was there for a pick-up I gave her the info and she said it's not enough I need I.d and card info. I went back to the car to get all the documents needed because obviously a screenshot of the order number is not enough I came back in and she was too busy making pizzas right so she made me wait another 10 minutes while my order is still just sitting there she finally came to the register and said What u want !!I said hi nicely told her I'm here for a pickup and she said Ok and walked away she went back to making pizzas and yelled from far away and I'll get to you in a minute I am too busy making pizzas, so I waited another 5 minutes until she finally came back to the register to look at the my wife's debit card number and I.d I don't understand why she was so rude. No type of customer service and on top of it all the pizza we ordered had onions which my daughter is allergic to. Worst experience ever smh !!

Great service and the pizza is great. But my review is not because my order was messed up, but because of how it was rectified. The manager (I forget his name) made it right on the spot, and was an absolute professional about it. He was a younger Hispanic gentleman at the Figueroa store. Thank you kind sir. I will definitely visit again.

Definitely went way downhill.My last two orders have been wrong. I'm 40+ weeks pregnant. I've heard spicy food can start labor so both times I've ordered in the last 3 weeks I've paid extra for hot sauce as a topping. (Which cost more than getting it on the side) and it hasn't been on either order. I've had whole slices that only seem to have one topping maybe two.And even though you can cash in points for a "free medium 2 topping pizza" if you get two toppings the second cost extra.On top of all that, the workers don't really listen. I had to stand in the rain waiting to find out my pizza was squashed so they had to go back to the store to make it. I asked when the new one was coming, estimated time was 15 minutes and it was 30 to actually get it. When the new delivery worker came they hung up on me when I tried to figure out where they were. I get accidents happen but for them to go back to the store to remake my order and it's still wrong is disappointing to say the least. And this is how it turned out.

My car is in the shop, otherwise I would have driven and done carryout, but never want to again after this... I live exactly 1.4 miles away from this location, that's a 6 minute drive. I called over an hour and 30 minutes before delivery ended. I have gotten delivery from this location online many times. The woman who took me call was the rudest person I've interated with in a long time. They can't technically say "We don't want to take your order" because the line is recorded. I was told delivery would take over an hour and I said that was more than fine. I needed to prepay for the order and I was happy to do so. So she proceeded to try every other way to get me to hang up until she just flat-out refused to deliver because "My location is too far away, we don't deliver there." I'm dumbfounded.

They gave me the wrong pizza. Some sped guy sitting their all smug and was like yeah it's too much work for me to give u a refund. Terrible establishment... not even Italians working there... what pizza is this?
