Doubting Thomas was my go-to restaurant back when I lived in Filipinotown - I absolutely loved trying all of the unique menu offerings they had and the coffee was always great as well. The eggs they use are really high quality, yolks are like orange. Their breakfast burrito is probably the highlight, one of the most unique and best I've had in Los Angeles.

Love the cafe and the food is good, but the catering side is a little frustrating - God help you if you need to get in touch with someone to ask a question or change something, even days in advance. I called and left a message two days before picking up my cake to see if it might be possible to pick it up an hour earlier than originally planned and never heard back, which was really frustrating.
Today’s goals, drink iced coffee and be merry. Because it’s bloody 85 degree in LA. Without further ado let’s tango. :D lol
