Cute spot. There’s no substitutions on their menu. The hand pie was good, the pastry was super flaky. We also got a veggie burrito with bacon and it was strangely like half avocado? I swear there was like a whole avocado maybe two in there and not much else. It was good but for $20 not sure if it’s worth it.
Stopped by Doubting Thomas for brunch and ended up really liking the place. It has that relaxed neighborhood vibe, and it’s super close to Dollar Hits (Filipinos know that spot!), so it’s easy to swing by before or after.

We ordered the Chai ( Muddy? Dirty? forgot) and the Seasonal Cream Top Cold Brew. Both were decent—not amazing, but not bad either. The cold brew cream top was the better one of the two.

The desserts were the real highlight....
Best breakfast burrito I've ever had by far. (I've had a lot of breakfast burritos)

This is the 3rd time I've had the doubtles breakfast burrito. You can tell they put a lot of love into their craft. Pork shoulder perfectly cooked with smoky notes and good spice blend, Crispy potatoes, local farm fresh eggs also perfectly cooked, freshness coming from Orange zest and cilantro, pickled hobenyero+onions on the side with a dusting of Oregano 🤌🤌🤌
