I miss my Ravioli de Carne so much!! I’ve often wondered if it could be shipped to my main home in Baltimore. Imagine my sheer joy to find an image of the dish online. When I’m at my place in LA, Drago is one of my favorite lunch spots. I’d go a few times a week ,even. Sad to see they are temporarily closed. Both the service and cuisine are great- the staff always greets you warmly, and they remember you. I really can say this- when it comes to fresh ravioli- Drago is tops....
being from new jersey, i'm a true believer in the inherent superiority of northeastern thin-crust pizza. that being said, this place is deep-dish bliss. and the wings are amazing-- the best non-fried wings i've had in CA, if not anywhere.
What I also love about this place is the alert staff who are super quick to get you what you need. I absolutely love the ambiance. Inside Sotto Mare, it feels like I am in a rustic tavern by the ocean and the dim lighting makes it all feel a little bit romantic.
