I like this place generally but during my most recent visit they charged more than the price posted on the wall per draft pint. That's a practice I don't appreciate out of principle and it just turns off from a business.
Really great bar with sports. Bartenders are super friendly and the service is quick.
Just had the best night at Drugstore Cowboy, the vibe was electric and the bartender made me an amazing Old Fashioned that I swear had some kind of magic in it. Can't wait to drag my friends here next weekend for more of those killer tunes
Great spot for karaoke and an outdoor patio with two pool tables
2nd time here and vibe didn't disappoint!
Peter has treated us kindly and promptly every time🙌
Drinks are delicious😋
The best surprise bar experience. Loved all the various movies played. Great customer service and THE FOOD!! The chicken tacos, buffalo cauliflower & lemon pepper wings were sooo good!!
ok they have games, drinks, pool table, food? they’ve got all. a perfect place to go for a date to get to know someone and play some games. drinks are great, service is great. go.
Great spot with a ton going on - I love what they’ve done with the place since taking over junkyard dog. The food and ambiance are great, they even have a pool tables on the patio. The bartender Peter was knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 will definitely comeback for karaoke night! Thank you Peter and Drugstore Cowboy for a great place to grab a drink or play some pool!
Vegetarian options: The vegan chili is great for tacos or with the nachos!

At this point, l've been to Drugstore Cowboy more times than I can count. My go-to order is the nachos, which are absolutely impeccable. The drinks are always stellar, but really where the bar flourishes is the ambience and the service. The bartenders are not only friendly, but they're eager to be your friend, and the environment becomes a little slice of home. Depending on what time you get there, you'll be immersed in either sports or movies, and all the patrons are aficionados of both. The regulars are full of life, the back patio has two pool tables, and it closes at 2am every day, every week. Ask for Matt or Trey, and I promise you’ll be back within the week.

Really rad spot. Bartender was awesome. I got there a little early and he let me try some new menu items. Pesto pasta was great. I got it with sausage, but will do chicken next time so the flavor of the sauce stands out. Talented bartender... kept up with the whole bar himself. Will definitely head back.
I heard they have a great set up for football on Sundays that I want to check out.

One of the best spots in silver lake. Do you like movies? Sports? Good food? Great service? Easy to access pool tables? Great drinks? It’s an easy call to go here if you’re looking to have a good time. A choose-your-own-adventure kind of bar with comfy booths, an activity-filled back patio, and a vibrant bar. Karaoke on wednesdays, trivia and tacos on Tuesdays (and free pool), football brunch on Sundays. Trey and Matt are always welcoming and have made this a lasting gem for the neighborhood. Definitely don’t come so the rest of us can keep enjoying it while it’s still relatively unknown.

We stopped here before heading to the Greek Theatre. What a cool place. It was a Wednesday about 5:45 pm and it was empty. We ordered chili, asada nachos, and buffalo cauliflower. Both were DELICIOUS. The nacho chips were crispy and had all the fixings. The buffalo cauliflower hit the spot. The chili was a hit. Everyone enjoyed that, too. While we waited for our food, we took a peak in the back. There are 2 pool tables. It definitely has a cool movie vibe with posters and eclectic decor.
To drink, I ordered the Lucky Lady. The bartender said it was a refreshing summer drink, and he was right on. It went down easy and left me wanting another. I will definitely go there again if I'm in the area. It looked like a fun place.
