Today, a guy attended me. He was super nice, kind, and respectful with me! I went to some other Dunkin’ places, but today was for me a really special place because he offered a bag for my box of donuts! Thank you guy! My receipt said “Bianca” (a girl name lol), but he doesn’t like a Bianca. More employees like him please!

Upon walking in, I saw that the Baskin Robbin’s flavor I wanted was nearly empty. I stood at the counter to ask if there was a new tub. The young man behind the counter would make no eye contact and waved me off to pay first. There was no one else to ask, just another young man at the register on the DD side. I finally pay, and lo and behold, there wasn’t enough of the flavor I wanted to fill my order, no new tub. A total lack of customer service

I was there on August 9 and I was given a change of 4 counterfeit dollar bills. They said that I wasn't even in the store. If you were there on the same day you should check your money. When you try to pay with those bills you could get arrested for scam. They said we can offer you a donut though. The audacity! I'm doing a police report in case they are laundering money.

Dunkin’ has the best donuts in Los Angeles. Just checked out the location. Great breakfast snack to have. A great prime location. There is a lot of parking as well. They are also wheel chair accessible and they also have disability parking. The atmosphere is clean and productive. They also have baskin robins in the same location. So two birds one stone. You can both donuts and ice cream at the same time. My favorite donut is the glazed donut.
