The employee Geoffrey/Jeffrey (sorry, don’t know what spelling he uses) working was incredibly nice and attentive. He made sure to communicate clearly about when orders were being made and kept everyone updated with a smile. He was super sweet to every customer that walked in—such a warm and positive energy to have first thing in the morning! It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about good service.

I just went to this location for the first time as alternative to Starbucks and walked back out. No customer service! Went to McDonalds instead for coffee just as good and half the price!
I don’t eat donuts, I usually pickup for others. But the service is good. There is an ordering kiosk, so no wait. Clean.

I've been here twice so far and have had positive experiences both time. The baristas/ people who work here are super efficient, they are kind, they greet you when you come in despite it appearing as if they are doing everything alone. And both times my drinks were made well.

First of all why is there only ONE person scheduled during rush hour?? Poor workers especially the guy with the glasses he’s always killing it handling all those drink orders by himself but that’s unfair to him. Waiting over 10 minutes for a drink and more orders coming in is unfair to everyone customers AND workers.
I normally dont leave reviews but the customer service here is the worst I've ever seen nobody in line and waited over 15 mins to talk to someone to grab order
If I can give 0 stars, I would. First, I waited over 30 minutes for my iced matcha latte and avocado toast. Secondly, I asked specifically for less ice because it just waters down the drink. Look at the picture, does that look like less ice to you??? Despite the location being so close to my home, I would rather drive to another location to get faster service. They really need to hire more workers because it makes 0 sense. There is no way ANYONE should be waiting 30+ minutes for a DRINK.
Staff was friendly and efficient but there were not enough of them. They're getting worked to the bone while customers wait 20 minutes for a single doughnut all so corporate can squeeze extra profits. And on top of that, all the food was stale and gross.
WORST DOUGHNUTS IN LA! Let's drive this terrible company out of our town. New England can keep it
