Service was great but the food just isn’t as good as it used to be. I don’t think it has anything to do with this store in particular just an overall haul of dunkin. As they expanded quality dropped. Still one of my go-to’s just for the east coast nostalgia

$7 Bacon egg and cheese arrived with no cheese, this place doesn’t make donuts on site so good luck getting variety by late morning and I once received a drink that tasted like the rag used to wipe the counter down 🤢 I avoid this location at all costs despite it being closest to me

Matthew is so awesome hardworking and cheerful. The store was clean and the food was freshly made. The location was very small and had no drive through. But service was quick and it’s a great location

The manager at this location lacks basic customer service skills. She is rude and has an off putting demeanor. I want to say she’s a prejudice because on the morning of 9.6.2025 she tossed a bag with my donut over the counter to me, never saying anything to me, I didn’t even know it was for me, as I waited for my coffee to be made, however the white guy that came behind me received a welcoming smile, and was told him to have a nice day by her. Never seen such a switch. Like I’ve done something to her by buying coffee while black.
In my time, great customer SERVICE was the number 1 priority for managers working in the SERVICE industry. Now-a -days these managers are entitled, prejudice, and many are racist. I will go out of my way to Starbucks not to give this store my business again.
