Extremely unhappy experience. They need to have some rules to verify so people don’t grab the wrong orders. We ordered two meals and only saw two coffees on the counter. So we waited for the food for 15 mins and then checked with the staff about the status of the order. The manger’s first reaction was to doubt that I have already had everything and ASKED ME TO SHOW THEM THE ITEMS THAT I GRABBED. I showed her the two drinks that we have been drinking while waiting and she still was reluctant to give me the rest of the order and said that I have grabbed them already. The thing is when we came in the store there were only a few customers in there and we were always in their sights, I even asked them whether an order on the counter were mine. I highly suspect someone else grabbed my order before we arrived.

Also, this is more relevant to their app but avoid using the app to order ahead. The recent order page misleads you to repeat the order without any confirmation, design of the UI is anti-human. If you want to check the status or your items of your order before pick up, it doesn’t show the status of the order, instead, a banner shows up at the bottom of the page saying “place order”, makes you think you may forgot to place the order. But once you click on that icon accidentally, it immediately place the same order without ANY confirmation, and charge immediately. This had happened twice to me, because the reason I order Dunkin is because I want to grab the food quickly, and it’s easier to trick you into ordering twice when I’m in rush.

When I was in the shop trying to ask the manager to help me cancel the repeated order that they haven’t started to make yet, the manager is very rude and PRETENDED that she didn’t understand my problem. Although she eventually helped me cancel it but it was a very unpleasant experience.

The two miserable girls that worked there could not be bothered to be nice, courteous and helpful to take orders. I was ignored by both for over two minutes until one yelled across the kitchen telling me to use the kiosk which did not work. I left without purchasing anything.

There were flies on the donuts and when I pointed it out and the worker just shrugged their shoulders

Dunkin is mid and everyone knows it. This location is kiosk only, doesn't accept cash, has no signage mentioning it, and is understaffed so the employees there are unavailable to tell you so. Poor donut selection..

Go to Pret a Manger around the corner for much better coffee/service/atmosphere at the same price point.

The manager (female) here and the blonde front counter girl are both rude. I asked for a specific latte, only to be told, I can’t have it that way. Only if I order an entire different drink, then I can have it specified to my liking. I had to show them my previous order and that there was no issues at other Dunkin establishments. THEN!! Our donuts were not tasty and neither of our sandwiches were correct. She even asked her manager if they had croissants only for it to not be given. Just completely in another universe.

Such a badly managed location- one of their machines to order doesn't work. And they don't tell you it's machine order only. Their workers took so much time to complete the most basic orders and just sort of thrust the stuff at you to get out. And their selection of donuts is so limited- didn't see any custard or kreme filled. Just bavarian. Very disappointing.

Do not buy from this location. We ordered two drinks and within 30 minutes we felt extremly sick, to the point of having to throw up. Not sure if the milk was spoiled or what the issue was, but we never had an issue with other locations

Terrible service from the girls working today at 2:30pm, don’t greet or ask if you need help. Weird tension as well

Don't go here if you want donuts. It's open until 10pm but the employee was already cleaning up at about 8:30 when I walked in. The sign outside said open until ten so I asked if they were open and the response was, yes but we are out of donuts for the night... If it's morning maybe give it a gamble, but if you want donuts any time in the pm save your time. Parking in Westwood village was hard to get too so even more of a waste of time. Stay away...

Worst Dunkin’ ever. Tried to get 2 dozen donuts and the staff acted personally victimized by my need to order not using the kiosk. Then, when I had to make the pivot to Munchkins it wasn’t clear that I couldn’t use the kiosk, and I’ve never seen people so rude to take my money.

I thought they’d been robbed! Out of donuts at 5.30 on a Friday, and they were a little rude about it
