I thought they’d been robbed! Out of donuts at 5.30 on a Friday, and they were a little rude about it

Worst Dunkin’ ever. Tried to get 2 dozen donuts and the staff acted personally victimized by my need to order not using the kiosk. Then, when I had to make the pivot to Munchkins it wasn’t clear that I couldn’t use the kiosk, and I’ve never seen people so rude to take my money.

Like others have stated, service here is horrible. The young ladies never acknowledge customers when they come in. I get it, it’s a kiosk order mainly but I feel as a professional establishment it’s unprofessional to not acknowledge customers at all. I placed an order through a kiosk and I work by the area. It was just a muffin and it took like 15 minutes to receive it. Finally the lady at the counter was like “did you place an order or something” and I said yes and they were like well did you check the mobile order area? I told her I placed it through the kiosk and they typically will call your name when it’s ready to which no one ever did. All she did was respond by saying “yikes”. No apologies about the situation. I think management needs to retrain their staff to provide better customer service. Never coming back here.

I came into this dunkin one day, I never tried dunkin so i was curious. I was very surprised by all the negative reviews! I was having trouble at the digital kiosk when Jada stopped what she was doing to help me. She recommended me drinks based on my preferences. Great customer service a such a bright attitude and laughed and made jokes with me. I really enjoyed my experience!

Well...it's a chain and so you kind of know what to expect but overall, it's not really worth the money to get most things here. I've had a bit of the food options: sandwiches are mostly sad and look like they were beat up before being bagged. Tater tots are not crispy, kinda oily and smushed together. I'm foolish enough to keep trying the bagel bites and they're just mildly warmed and not really satisfying at all though the idea has so much promise. Overall, the only good things are the donuts and I usually stick with the donut holes since sometimes the larger donuts have an oily taste to them. Service is ok but I just learned not to expect much in a college town where I'm sure the employees aren't even being paid enough to care. They're ok to interact with- when you do since you'll only catch them at pick up, but overall, the expectation is low. Sadly the only other donut place within a block closed down and sadly I discovered them just about a month before they shut down. There's also no place to eat in there so it's all order, pick up and leave.

I liked dunkin back in da 1980's when the donuts where made at each location & made fresh every 4 hrs....now they make at 3am and deliver them to each shop... and sit on the carts and shelfs all day until they sell out..wow have time changing in da food Industry.

because you use a tablet to order, customer-employee interaction is minimal, but it shouldn’t be non-existent. on two different occassions i have had the three employees ignore me when I was the only person waiting or one of two customers in the store. (it would be different and more understandable if they were busy!) its really humiliating when i just have a quick question or missing part of my order and there’s nothing to do about it. i have worked in food service before. please make eye contact with me and dont pretend like you dont see/hear me. extremely rude.

Place is so dirty! Disgusting. nasty af. Got an apple fritter that barely had any filling. I wanted a cinnamon roll...it wasn't in the digital menu. Retarded.

So thrilled that Dunkin has finally setup shop in the next town over from us. The best coffee in the area. Even though the closest Dunkin shop is 10 miles away, it is the best and it really says something when your willing to drive to the next town for a cup of coffee.

Guys please I love the peppermint mochas and your loaded hashbrowns but I feel robbed when you give me the drink and its not even full. The picture i put below is BEFORE I've taken any sips. Dont treat me like this

Customer service here sucks and everyone needs to have a batter attitude. Customers came to get coffee, donuts, etc. not to deal with others people's problem.

It’s still 1.5 hours from store closing time and they don’t have donuts on display or the fancy digital tablets/menu thing to order fromI’m trying to get a nice coffee I don’t do any type of digital payment or plastic money and they don’t take cashYou sell donuts and you don’t have them for sale , it’s not like I came three minutes before closing time
