Terrible service get ready to stand in line for 10 min for a cup of coffee. Understaffed. 2 people working to serve 10 plus people at the same time. Go to Starbucks down the street. You go to Starbucks twice for the amount of time you spend here waiting.

Been standing here waiting for 2 cups of coffee while the girl behind the counter spends her time on the phone. 2 other people behind the counter, one is prepping food, the other just came out of the back and started working on some used drinks. I ordered 2 basic hot coffees.
It's bad enough to have to place an order at an electronic kiosk, pay electronically, and it even asks for a tip?! For what? Inconvenience?

After placing and paying for my coffee order, I witnessed an employee from a nearby Chipotle request a drink and receive it before my order was even started. Nayeli, This situation gave the impression that non-paying individuals were prioritized over paying customers. The lack of urgency and professionalism displayed was disappointing.

They have 2 self kiosks, it doesn’t state to order on it, figured since staff doesn’t help. They have a lot of staff yet they take long to prep orders.
Horrible customer service! They don't have anyone on the register and their kiosk changes the price on you to a higher price every time! Do not go to this Dunkin.
