i wanted to stop to buy my coffee and use the restroom but they do not have any at this location or any of the ones on western from Hollywood through to the 10 freeway .
I got a massive,explosive and painful diarrhea after getting a latte from here. The neighbourhood is sketchy, unpleasant and smelly. Would not go back again even if offered a free latte which is my favourite.

I walked in on my way to class & work just to kindly ask for the filtered FREE water that I’ve always gotten at numerous locations all over Los Angeles randomly . I had just chugged two of my water bottles and just wanted water to take my supplements and midol and noticed there was a Starbucks right next to me and just wanted a small cup of water literally , and the cashier Joselyn literally turned me away and told me I couldn’t have one without a purchase . I only didn’t make a purchase because I A. Don’t eat fast food and b. Not drinking caffeine due to detoxing and was completely shocked at the fact she was literally telling me “it’s a policy you can only have one if you make a purchase “ is it that or were you profiling me because I was black and you’re assuming I’m someone less fortunate just looking for a hand out … it was literally the filtered water that I actually love getting when I have gone into Starbucks in the past and my stomach is fatigued due to being on my cycle and I just wanted a small cup so I can take my medications on the way to work . Never have I been turned away and I’m actually so over the racial profiling that happens at time when you go into places . I truly just wanted to take my medications and did not want a sugary beverage nor processed food to start my day . I work in nutrition . Just saying I’ve never heard of the “make a purchase “ rule until today in all of my years and if my stomach wasn’t already uncomfortable at the moment due to being on my cycle I would of but I know there’s gluten , sugars etc in the foods and beverages so that’s why I simply just wanted a water . Very poor customer service and not the way to treat someone just on the way to work and wanting a Tall based water .

Horrible service don't come to this location !
They got my order completely wrong and took 15 min to make one drink. Wrong size as well. When I asked if they can remake the guy denied remaking it for me and shut the window door in NY face. On top of that they got the order wrong for a customer that ordered after me. They redid his drinks but not mine.
I went and ordered a drink and the girl who was serving me treated me very badly. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was the manager and I told her that she had to offer good service but she continued treating me rudely. I do not recommend this place because it is not the first. time this happens

This location is pickup window only & is in-between two different bus stops. Because of that, it can be busy or crowded & with a mixed group of people but I have found the employees to be particularly kind & helpful! I am a regular who typically orders just a donut before my morning commute (but I come by other times too) and Jackie is usually the person working the window in the morning. She is ALWAYS smiling, kind, and FAST! I sometimes have to quickly decide if I can grab a snack before I get on a bus but I know my folks at this location will take care of me efficiently. I have not had a bad experience here personally, but I’m also very patient & kind. Please remember there are only 2-4 people working at one time for a popular area. Your drink may not be instant but it will be made correctly!

The slowest ever!! Do not stop by at least you have nothing else to do that day... 30min to take my order!! And only 2 people on front ... hello?? Can starbucks train their workers so they know how to be efficient?? Please...

Location could be better if they had some type of indoor lounge as we wait for our orders. Feels like we gonna get shot or robbed, or stabbed.
