This location is pickup window only & is in-between two different bus stops. Because of that, it can be busy or crowded & with a mixed group of people but I have found the employees to be particularly kind & helpful! I am a regular who typically orders just a donut before my morning commute (but I come by other times too) and Jackie is usually the person working the window in the morning. She is ALWAYS smiling, kind, and FAST! I sometimes have to quickly decide if...
Morning regular and staff is great. Yes at times they have a bit of a waiting time but c’mon not their fault, they do their best with 3-4 ppl. Plus many middle/HS kids started showing up at this location. Just order ahead and pick up.
This guy Nef works there most days, always remembers my order, asks about my weekend, and is always upbeat and positive. When they're understaffed, he's there handling a dozen orders incredibly quickly, working really hard. Someone should give him a promotion, a raise, and more vacation days.
