Went in to buy some coffee on Wed August 6th Around 320p give or take. Was just hanging out doing some work on my phone. At around 330ish give or take, i attempted to use the restroom. Girl with glasses on told me it was out of order, even though there was no sign saying it was out of order. I asked what was wrong with it and she just got a nasty attitude said it was broken. I said what's with the attitude for no reason. Started shouting at me implying that i should leave. Pretty much kicked me out. The Carmen girl who was there, she was acting professional, she just stayed quiet and could read the situation. This other girl is very unprofessional. You should review the cameras so you don't think I'm lying. Didn't know Dunkin Donuts tolerates these type of employees.

I loved my large mocha blended frappuccino that I had ordered. I also appreciated that they actually have a restroom that the public gets to use which is rare these days especially for how small of a place it is. The staff girls were very kind to me even though I probably changed my order 2 or 3 times because all of those coffee shops have different names for their cold blended drinks and it confuses them when I'm ordering in Starbucks language (Venti- Frappacino) or even McDonalds (Large Mocha Frappe, double blended.)

I’ve known two individuals that have gone to apply for employment, months apart. The manager was MIA (for scheduled interviews) the employees were barely qualified to hand you a doughnut & a cup of coffee. This is indicative of how this business is run. I will NEVER patronize this location.

Absolute miss. Disappointing customer service. Went in to make a purchase, knew what I wanted and there was no line, waited and waited and no one came, there was one person cleaning up but didn’t bother to alert anyone there was a customer trying to order so I just left. Clearly they don’t want any business. Wish there was a Krispy Kreme closer by the customer service is always better there.

Good central location with restroom for customers, near Hollywood Stars. A few tables for sitting. Very polite kind workers (ask one to let you into the restroom). Great coffee and donuts!

It’s 4pm and over half the inventory is sold out. I asked will you be making any more of anything today and they said “no this is all we’re going to be having the rest of the day.” Mind you it’s 4pm and they close at 9pm. So instead of maybe saying hey maybe we can make something, all 5 of them started arguing and laughing about who’s going to take first break. This is why I prefer to go to Winchells. Dunkin sucks ass

It was not a good place at all the donuts and food are always either stale or were made and left out in the open 5 hours ago or half frozen in the inside and then hot on the outside. They finally got a security guard just for him to tell customers they can’t do anything without buying something even sitting down when they have 3 tables and 6 chairs for the whole entire place and the bathroom is always shut down and then when actual things happen the security guard is sitting outside not doing anything on the street. Many people wait for their bus stops here due to there being many right beside this location and you used to be able to sit down and the employees are nice sometimes but now it’s not even a place where you can sit down. You are forced to pay a much higher price than almost any other Dunkin other than New York and in airports just for stale or frozen in the inside food and very bitter coffee even when you ask for it to add sweetener with nowhere to sit and a shut down restroom.

Dunkin Donuts has this ordering kiosk sitting right on the counter where the cash register is. Unlike at other places, one can choose to use the kiosk or the cashier. But not at this particular DD. And don't be too long on ordering your food on this thing because you will hear the eye-rolling and sighing going on behind you. And don't have a question for the humans that work there either because you will get "the face" if you're lucky. Otherwise, you'll be ignored. It's like I'm in a hostile environment when I'm there. And yes I was up to prompt ordering speed by my second visit, but I'm not particularly thrilled with the customer experience. Now I don't know if this is a corporate DD policy for its employees to have minimal to no contact with its customers or not. If it is, I don't see it lasting very long without hurting the bottom line. The kiosk can stay, but the attitude must go. Please.

Got myself a chocolate glazed because my husband wanted coffee and my daughter then insisted on a sprinkle donut. Everyone was pretty happy and the pricing is so much cheaper than Krispy Kreme
