The service and food were up to par as expected. I came in on a rainy day and the ceiling had been leaking from what looked like was at least a few hours. The store seems understaffed but they eventually were able to mop and put a bucket down. Dunkin should take a look at this leak problem as it can lead to mold very easily especially in this area with all the moisture from the ocean. Please do so before further reporting occurs.

Worst customer service ever I tap to pay and they refuse to give me my money back on top of which they asked me to wait 10 minutes for a drip coffee, unbelievable. They didn’t give me my money back. I felt robbed I still do. I walked out with a receipt and called the 800 number nothing has happened. Stay away from Dunkin’ Donuts. The return policy sucks, including their coffee. Worst their customer service is Third World.

Just don't. Waited 40 minutes to get a sandwich. They just don't care. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Worth driving to another one. Definitely the worst I have been to, and that's saying a lot because I love donuts. If you have a spare hour, sure, but if you want quick, NOPE!!

staff is always rude especially the larger woman who I assume is the manager. you can never ask a question or they get upset. donuts are dry and coffee is just okay. i sometimes hear them talk about customers who have just left the store. only been here twice but will not go back

Our office needed a special treat. If you have staff members from the East Coast, Dunkin Donuts are definitely a very special treat. 😋 Love the fact that this Dunkin Donuts shop has parking. Their service here has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful, and they have donuts. I have always gone out of my way to come to this particular DD store on Washington Blvd. (Sorry, but the other DD stores much closer to my work don't even come close with their donuts or their service-Mostly NO donuts and NO service).
