The service and food were up to par as expected. I came in on a rainy day and the ceiling had been leaking from what looked like was at least a few hours. The store seems understaffed but they eventually were able to mop and put a bucket down. Dunkin should take a look at this leak problem as it can lead to mold very easily especially in this area with all the moisture from the ocean. Please do so before further reporting occurs.
Our office needed a special treat. If you have staff members from the East Coast, Dunkin Donuts are definitely a very special treat. 😋 Love the fact that this Dunkin Donuts shop has parking. Their service here has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful, and they have donuts. I have always gone out of my way to come to this particular DD store on Washington Blvd. (Sorry, but the other DD stores much closer to my work don't even come close with their donuts or their service-Mostly...
I was surprised at the value you got for your buck. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and coffee and was surprised at how relatively cheaper it was at Starbucks or gourmet bagels places. Will Regina go there again.
