Brian is truly one of the best chefs in LA. What a phenomenal experience. From start to finish, Brian and the entire Dunsmoor team are absolute pros. Every dish is deeply delicious, you can taste the care, intention, and craft in each bite. The flavors are beautifully balanced and everything coming off the fire is cooked to perfection. We ordered almost the entire menu for a larger group with a mix of vegetarians, pescatarians, and full-on meat lovers, and somehow everyone left...
Incredible food, fresh and mouth-wateringly delicious! Service was impeccable and excellent. It is a bit loud there and you sit on these long communal tables, which is fun, but just a heads up it's not intimate! Loved it!
Reservations are hard to get for now, but completely worth the effort. Very friendly and efficient service, and the food is beyond compare. We had the albacore, the tuna toast, the INCREDIBLE chicken liver, the quail, the pork and green chili stew, and of course the cornbread. All interestingly presented, all super delicious; turned out to be so much, we took some home. And the have a selection of very interesting, reasonably priced wines; we had one from the Canary Islands, fantastic....
