I would definitely call before visiting. Recently visited specifically for the beef rib plate, bone marrow tacos, and chicken taquitos. They didn't have a single one of those available. My boyfriend finished his drink and we left. The stars are for the ambiance- it's very nice inside, and the service- the bartender was very nice and apologetic. No idea what happened that day, I'd still love to try the items, the pictures look great!

Third time here and we're loving it. The staff are all amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious and the vibe and the happy hour makes it top-notch. Beautiful decor! We are in love with the pool table. We had the chicken flautas this time and the chicken tacos but I forgot to get a picture of the flautas. We scarfed them down so fast lol. Fresh ingredients and good portions. Sophia was our server and she was perfect and then TJ and Casey just made the whole experience wonderful! Shout out to Ray as well. She's our favorite! Highly recommend this place! See you soon!

I LOVE this restaurant. My bff works in the same neighborhood so we frequent Durango for tacos and margaritas often. And they never disappoint! Everyone working there ROCKS...especially Rae. The owner Casey makes sure everyone is happy and well fed. Make sure you stop by for a great meal and great time when shopping on Melrose!

The food was amazing, the place was really beautiful. I would chill out on the super loud club music at 6PM and save that for later in the night when it's more of a bar vibe in there. Let the early birds have their dinners first with something less hard to listen to. It was very cold inside with the doors opened up so maybe figure out how to deal with that. And don't serve some of the food in "to go" containers. That was a BIG buzz kill. Especially since the food was so so good, it deserves better! Oh and please don't bring out all the food at once. It all got cold and we couldn't eat it fast enough. Better to bring a little out every 5 minutes and keep a good flow on the food. Server was very friendly, but we could have been attended sooner at the beginning. We wanted drinks and had questions and had to wait a while for the server to come by. The restaurant was empty so no need to make customers wait for that first drink. Get em settled in. We will def come back bc we loved the food. Great tables with nice cushions. Has great potential to be a go-to spot for the neighborhood. Thanks!

We happened to visit Melrose with our kids on the weekend and saw this beautiful restaurant. It had good Yelp reviews so I thought we'd give it a try. Although it was Saturday afternoon, it was still more of a brunch menu and very limited to the item selection. The flautas (off menu at the time) were amazing. I may or may not return with the hubs and no kids at nighttime to give them one more chance. It's one of those Insta places where you can have some fun with your friends, eat drink and take cool pics. But as far as rushing to go back because the food was fab, I'd say no. I'd leave them 3.5 stars if Yelp allowed half stars but I also don't want to give them a 3 so I put 4 instead.

worst food and service ever. brought food out one at a time for 6 people with long waits in between getting food. music too loud to have a conversation and be heard. when asked to turn the music down, answer I'm new and don't know how. froze inside and had to wear our coats. whatever water they use is horrible and effected the taste of club soda and regular soda. UGH!!!!!!! will never ever eat there again and neither will anyone else from our group will either. they actually do not even deserve a one star.

The food is good. Stopped here for their happy hour which is pretty good. Tried the octopus taco and shocked how good it was. The only knock off was they were out of shrimp both times we visited.

Ambiance: Contemporary open concept with pool table and pinball, complimented by upbeat music and great lighting. Service: Extremely nice, friendly and quick. TJ is phenomenal and brings the vibe and Casey made sure we had a great experience. Food: Great portions plated with stunning attention to detail. The nachos, quesadillas and tacos were phenomenal and unique. Cocktails: Spicy margaritas 10/10. Glad to find a new spot in the area. Will be back!

I was excited to try this place, the vibes and the decoration is really nice, but as someone who grew up in Mexico I was expecting more with the food, don’t get me wrong, the presentation of the plates was really nice! but the flavor didn’t convince me that much and the day I went it wasn’t even that busy but they still took long to take the food to the table, it also seemed that the people that was there was only the regulars and they would get a faster service, the experience could be better.

From the exterior I thought this was a take out type place but I was totally off! The interior was absolutely adorable and spacious. We stopped by around 2pm and the place was empty. I was really impressed on how cute the restaurant was. There was a pool table, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and some large screens to watch the game. They have a well priced happy hour menu from noon to 6. My spicy skinny Margarita was delicious, it was actually legit spicy! We also tried the guacamole which was good. I'd love to go back to try a few of their other dishes. Parking was easy during the day but this is not the best area for parking at night. Make sure to read the street signs if they don't have valet.

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon for a couple of happy hour drinks and some chips and guacamole. We found the restaurant to be cute inside and the spicy margaritas were very good. My wife got a skinny spicy margarita and that was tasty as well. They do a happy hour on weekdays from noon until 6, so if you're in melrose and wanting a cocktail, you should stop in for a drink. Our waiter/ bartender was very nice, and he definitely knew how to make a properly spicy margarita
