I always order online on my way to work. Today I ordered while driving home from a friends and the order went automatically to mid city. I always pick up from West Hollywood. As I’m sitting at the Weho location for a while I finally realize the order went to mid city. I called mid city and they were so nice to refund me. I didn’t expect that at all. I did order at the weho location and got what I was craving.This is what keeps me coming back to a Earthbar, the excellent service I get from the employees.Thank you mid city for the excellent customer service.

Poor customer service provided by the lady with the red hair bun. Both of the earth bar customer services had a condescending attitude and were speaking badly about other customers. I greeted both and they answer stating: what did you want to order?When it came to other people’s ethnicity “race” they seemed pretty welcoming. I would definitely not return back in.

1 star for both of the employees crappy and poor customer service and social skills. It was a cold rainy day running around town and when I got a rumble in my tummy - checked out reliable yelp. Jammed over (FYI it's inside the equinox) I would of loved to purchase their mushroom tea, one of their hemp energy patches (which having the gal behind the register give me feedback was like a look that a horse gives you when it's unsatisfied) after I thought in my mind "wow tough biiiissshy employee" I proceeded toorder my smoothie and have her ring me when I attempted to give her cash she gave me one of the most disgusted looks I have ever seen worn thru a facial expression. So another FYI they only do plastic or touch-less pay. I was really looking forward to their mint smoothie but as always a higher source has my back. I wouldn't ever go back based off the crappy service this establishment provides. Drove literally miles away to get away from the city and found a much humbler establishment that received a 5 star from me. Check out @royaltyjuicebar. They know how to greet and make their clientele feel warm and welcomed

Didn't realize Earthbar had limited hours, Alex was nice enough to beyond and helped me with a sick a** chocolate smoothie, great service bro, thank you!

Drove all the way there for açaí bowls and they said they couldn't make them? We already paid for parking and trekked over so we ended up settling for smoothies. The smoothies were made with frozen pellets that were scooped from a container, not fresh/frozen berries and both tasted very bland and grainy. We got two normal sized smoothies for $20 and both went in the trash. Waste of money.

just walking by you'd have no idea there was a smoothie bar/coffee bar inside. Alex was super friendly and only took him 5 min to make two smoothies. You can sit and chill in the lobby if you want. Or outside in the courtyard or park.
