Worst acai bowl ever. The doesn’t look like the photo at all, the color is so light and no taste whatsoever, it has slimy texture for some reason, threw right away after a “sip” even though I spent $29 for this on uber. should have gone with my usual place instead.

Wasn’t that easy to find (although it could be that we were visiting from Australia) we had to ask someone walking on the street who let us know it was inside the Equinox. Service was warm and friendly. We were all craving an acai bowl (with PB of course ☺️) and this place did not disappoint. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic to show how great it looked.

Treated with so much disrespect from Equinox. This is not okay. I am a loyal customer and I take the metro all the way from Lakewood which is a 2.5 hour trip. I came to enjoy my favorite drinks and snacks. However, I couldn’t even wash my hands and they denied me hand sanitizer after being in the metro for hours. They just rudely told me to go to Trader Joe’s and that is poor customer service. The energy and disrespect isn’t necessary. They rubbed it in my face. I was deeply upset and offended. It ruined my trip and my day. I was made to feel like I was not cool enough to be in the building.

Place is such a scam. I buy at least one protein shake a days here and they never want to apply the loyalty points. It’s constantly changing. Poorly run. Much better options close by.
