If the closing time says 9:00 pm the last order must be requested at 8:30 pm the closing time They should put up a sign that says and explains that the closing time is such a time but the last order is 30 minutes before closing time. I choose them because I like pizza, but on another occasion I'd rather go to Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papas Jones or Little Caesar, at least the one from 7Eleven.

They told me my order would take 20 minutes but when I showed up 20 minutes later, the pizza was barely going into the oven. So I have to wait another 20 minutes for my food. 🤬🤬

My coworkers and I came here about 9 months ago and it was bad. Extremely hot inside, poor service and food was ok. Went today since I saw a sign that read under new ownership. Decided to give them a try again. We were deceived with the menu prices! After we paid, we noticed prices were higher than posted. Young lady later mentioned that the prices on the menu where the old prices. She never mentioned that at the beginning (bait n switch)!We got the calzones and it was ok, no marinara dipping sauce and was very plain. No refills on the drinks considering they were expensive too! Not a smile in the pizzeria! You guys need to stop nickle and diming people and improve on your customer service!
