My experience at Spire 73 was far from impressive. While the view was stunning, the overall service and quality left much to be desired. The evening started off on a disappointing note as it was quite cold, and though they provided blankets, it was still uncomfortable. My fiancé and I ordered appetizers, but they took an unreasonably long time to arrive. In the meantime, our drinks felt watered down, lacking both flavor and strength. To make matters worse, our burgers were nearly served before our appetizers, indicating a clear lack of coordination in the kitchen. When the staff realized their mistake, they held the burgers under a heat lamp, which only compromised their quality. By the time we finally received them, they were lukewarm and lacked freshness. The final frustration came when the bill arrived. For a party of two, an automatic 18% gratuity was added—something I find completely unreasonable given the level of service provided. It felt like an undeserved charge rather than a token of appreciation for good service. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I left feeling that the atmosphere and view were the only redeeming qualities. With subpar food, slow service, and unjustified charges, I wouldn't recommend Spire 73 to anyone expecting a high-quality dining experience.

Great service by Jerry! It was freezing but he kept coming with the hot water and drinks. Host and management made sure we were warm with heaters and blankets.

They have heaters above the tables but they only come on when it's windy. Lastly, I'm not sure what's happened in the past, but security asks to check my wife's small credit card holder. Overall, I won't return.

Well I have to say this place has a fantastic view of the city that everyone should experience at least once. It was extremely windy and cold at 5:30PM, we all requested blankets because the heaters were just inadequate. The food was not quite worth the price they charge. I would say now that I've been there twice I don't see the need to go back again. I can get a better dining experience in a more comfortable setting for a lot cheaper.

Food and drinks were mediocre especially for the price. Got shrimp appetizer and split a burger. It is a nice place to grab a drink to enjoy the view but otherwise wouldn't recommend having a meal there.
