The restaurant seemed overcrowded and the food took longer than I expected. The person taking orders was unfriendly to me and he struggled to answer my questions about ingredients. I asked him whether the buns contained milk and he did not know. He asked another employee who also didn’t know. After that, he didn’t seem interested in pursuing the matter further. He seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and told me they have “zero” lettuce and tomato. The burger I had was tasty, but I wished they had more toppings available. I ordered the grilled onions for a surcharge of $1, and they only gave me a small amount. The bathroom was reasonably clean. They didn’t seem much concerned with ethics or transparency. Everything was single-use/disposable, even when dining in. I didn’t see any information about nutrition or ingredient quality.
Not the best to be honest, the portions are small and its expensive ... the taste is same as in n out.
Great burgers , great fry’s . Will definitely be back .

I got a double patty cheeseburger with wild fries. It was really good! The bun is so fluffy and soft even though they toast it. I love the crispy, thin patties with an even distribution of cheese and sauce. Definitely recommend getting a minimum of 2 patties if you want to actually taste more than bread and toppings lol. The fries were solid too. They were more flavorful than in n out, but maybe that's because they're fried longer. Their sauce isn't regular thousand island either. 10/10 smash burger!

Parking: Skinny parking lot on the side of the building or street parking on the side street before the burger joint.

The burgers were really good and if I have the opportunity to eat here again I would . Yet I will say it is a little bit overhyped

I have heard so many good things about East Street Burgers, but I didn’t have that great experience. The beef patties were over salted, and the burger was pretty dry. The fries were good. Their wild sauce is delicious. I would come back again but I will have to notify them about the salt.

First time here coming from all the videos and it was pretty damn good, the buns were soft and airy, the meat was well seasoned and had crispy edges while still being juicy, the jalapenos were fresh and gave a crisp mouthful with spice throughout the experience, This place is like a better In & Out but the fries aren't ass like them. Had triple Jalapeno Burger and Jalapeno Filthy fries both we're solid, I'd recommend it if the line isn't too long, Everyone was nice and friendly as well. Overall a really great burger, you're not gunna bust in your pants instantly like the online video reviews though
Vegetarian options: Theres a vegan patty option if you're like that

The burgers were excellent, and it’s definitely one of the better burger places I’ve been to. The fries were also good, and the sauce was delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be going back.

The best burgers in California! Get a double if you normally don’t get smashed burgers it helps a lot. The buns are great which put it over some other burgers that lack in their bread. They have veggie burgers if you want one but I recommend the double and some wild fries.

It's funny how an employee can ruin your whole experience. My family and I came from Chicago. We were super excited to try this place. I ordered a Jalapeno Monster Burger and a Plain Cheeseburger for my kids. I did specify meat and cheese only. But when I got my order the cheeseburger had sauce on it so I told the cashier I've ordered Plain meat and cheese only. All of the sudden she gave me an attitude and called me a liar. She said if you want a plain cheeseburger you have to specify "no sauce" on it. I cannot be more specific by saying meat and cheese only. That little argument ruined the whole experience. I would like to say that the burgers and fries are good. We visit Los Angeles at least every other year. I hope that we can come back in the future and have a better experience.

Easy Street Burgers delivers an incredible burger experience that’s worthy of vying for the LA burger crown. 👑 I ordered the double burger and fries to see how it stacks up against the competition.
The burgers’ thin and crispy patties are perfectly seared, delivering a savory punch in every bite. At 1/5th of a pound each, you might need more than one to satisfy your immense hunger. The melty American cheese adds a rich and satisfying texture, while the house Wild Sauce offers the perfect tangy balance without being overwhelming. Unlike some area burgers that suffer from over-saucing, this one achieves just the right harmony of flavors without the mess.
The classic fries are thin, crispy, and satisfyingly simple—but I’m already looking forward to trying the Cajun fries for an extra kick of flavor next time.
The restaurant itself is a standout: quick service, a clean and inviting atmosphere, and a courteous staff that enhances the experience. Be prepared for a line out the door that starts promptly at opening, but trust me, it’s worth the wait. Easy Street Burgers is a spot you’ll want to visit again and again—and just might be the best smashburger in LA. I’ll let you decide.
