Happy Hour here is a must!!! Great Food, Service, and prices for one amazing ramen experience. Would definitely recommend and make it often to come and eat here.
I felt let down the moment I opened my delivery. The Philadelphia roll looked like it needed a pep talk just to stay together. The salmon seared roll was decent, but for nearly $20, I expected more than a microscopic layer of fish. The California roll tried to dazzle with extra flakes and sauce, yet somehow managed to lack real flavor.
I spent almost $50, even after a small discount, and waited longer than I’d like for something this underwhelming. On my personal rating scale, I’d give the food a 4, the price a 3, and the overall spark—charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent—a 3. I wouldn’t order again, even if they promised a front-row seat to watch them roll the sushi.

A nice place for a good ramen or sushi. I love their Tonkotsu ramen, White Dragon Roll and Tiger Roll. My friend and I enjoy this place so much.

I dined at Ebaes in Los Angeles and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern and chic decor that set the perfect tone for the evening.
The menu offered a fantastic variety of Asian fusion dishes, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The sushi rolls were fresh and beautifully presented, and the ramen was rich and flavorful. I highly recommend trying their signature Ebaes Roll – it was a delightful mix of flavors and textures.
The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.
Overall, Ebaes is a must-visit spot in Los Angeles for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!

The place is amazing. Servers are so kind. The food is very good. One of the best pad Thai ever I will come back soon!
Very delicious food! But terrible customer service from the store
The food was 6/10 but vibes were nice and it was what I was in the mood for. Also, best bathroom ever. I would come here simply to spend time in the magnificent bathroom. I could sit on the toilet and gaze for hour and hours at the beauty of the bathroom.

My server was slightly inattentive, and the food and drinks were a little expensive. Me and my boyfriend ordered tonkatsu and he got the spicy one, and the regular was good but the spicy wasn't as great. It seems to be spiced with a low quality chili oil and diminished the flavor instead of adding to it. They played a lot of loud 2000s music which I wasn't a fan of and left me with a head ache

If attitude now walk off was a person, it would be the man that opens up on Sunday shift! Rude for no reason, glad to have walked right out.
First time having ramen here didn't like the coconut milk but everyone loved their food. I'll be back to try more!

What a disappointment! We came several times last year and were always satisfied. Yesterday, we were happy to go back there. The staff has changed (change of management?), the quantities have decreased and the quality is lower. Last time for us...
