Hidden gem. Fantastic Omakase. They always have a fresh assortment of uncommon fish.

Old-school Sasabune-style sushi at decent value and pretty good execution. I'd take this over Sugarfish any day.
They have some options that others don’t have, such as abalone / small oysters. Great place to park and enjoy the meals

An amazing place - best sushi and great service every time. I always get the Omakase chef -curated lunch and dinner and love his choices.
Maybe the best sushi in the country!! I’ve tried it all and I’ve done those $1000 omakases… Echigo is the best … chef Toshi is a MASTER
Thank you Toshi and Uko. The sushi was top notch! Incredible quality and perfect presentation. I will definitely be back!

Sushi was not great here and the slices were very thin. Also too much soy sauce on some of the omakase pieces.
I must have ordered the wrong thing as I found this average food at above average prices. Atmosphere was fine — simple and clean.

Had a delicious omakase here + and uni order! Omakase was 2 apps, 8 pieces about $80pp. It was great!! All of the dishes had really good quality fish, nothing was disappointing. Service was great and everyone was very kind. Would recommend!

It was really good and authentic and the miso soup is amazing there. The blue crab is so good as well as the actual fish. Overall amazing experience.

I almost don't want to write this review, because this place is my secret gem. My husband and I have been coming here religiously for years. While the inside may seem stark and bland, the quality of the sushi and the service here more than makes up for it. We've tried going to other sushi places that are more expensive or "michelin" branded, but still nothing compares to Echigo. This is a place that you go to savor the melt in your mouth and freshness of the fish. This place is true authentic style sushi that you find in Japan, meaning that there are no California rolls or overly sauced sushi here - the star here is the fish.
