Terrible experience with smoke filled back patio dining since they let people illegally smoke in their outdoor dining area, ruining the experience for everyone else. Won’t be back.
Best corned beef hash in Los Angeles, hands-down.
Very romantic setting with front and back patios. As well as inside dining area and a bar. I enjoyed my crusted salmon they ran out of trout (perfectly cooked!)and calamari. We also got potato crips with guacamole. And my husband got the chicken au jus which was perfectly cooked. He wasn’t a fanOf the puree as it was too sweet to his liking. We also ordered the white wine mussels which were amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection!
My favorite and go to place every chance I get
best onion rings in town fr. other stuffs pretty good too. great place for a date. feels like a secret place for lovers to meet.
We came here for a late night dinner (around 10:30pm on a Friday) after attending a client event. We were greeted immediately and sat just as quickly. There was no server in the back anymore that evening, so food and drink orders would have to be placed at the bar.
We both had the fish & chips and they were good, but portion was on the smaller size. (Didn’t mind that late, but probably would have been hungry during a lunch or regular dinner rush) Fries were crispy and good.
Ambiance was dark and brooding and I liked the old Hollywood feel of the pictures.
There was no valet, and finding a spot on the street was tough.

Steak frites was so tough almost inedible. High prices for items like grilled cheese and soup.
I have eaten here a few times and although the food is alright it tends to be hit or miss. However, it’s a gorgeous bar and ambience and great for cocktails with friends.
Had a couple of drinks with friends at the bar. Loved the Halloween decorations. Drinks were good. Took a while to get the bartenders attention even though it wasn't all that crowded. Nice place

Tin ceiling, wood panels inside and front and back patio. Green Chile soup was like a good Mexican stew 🍲.

Food was pretty good. Nothing to rave about. The bread pudding , however, was absolutely delicious. The best thing we ate that evening. Service was good, atmosphere is very chill.

The patio dining was very pleasant. The building interior has a nice old world charm. Had a lovely Manhatten cocktail, and a very satisfying sausage campanelle entre.

It's an old fire station! 🔥 the restaurant and the front patio area are both great. However, we prefer to sit in the back patio. the downfall to that is that it's bar service only. We haven't been disappointed yet. It's a great place for small gatherings.

Really, really big space. We went for brunch and sat in the back space where they don’t have servers. The food took a really, really long time to come out. I had to go and check in on it since it was taking forever. I liked their mushroom toast but the biscuit sandwich was okay.

The food was great, but management was very rude when we asked to have the heaters on.
