We love to stop at Einstein Bros. after a morning walk for the best bagels, OJ and Vanilla Hazelnut coffee in town. We love the staff there and they always greet us with a smile and a “hello”.

This is my go-to place. I love that I can just place my mobile order and pick it up. They have great rewards when you sign up.
By far the best place to get a jalapeño cheese bagel. Can't forget their turkey bagel sandwich either. I usually order mine on an asiago bagel.

I often visit this shop multiple times a week. I am always greeted by staff members as soon as I walk through the doors. In addition, I love the variety of bagels and sandwiches that they serve. I have never been unsatisfied with my food or the service. I recommend trying this place out 100%

Be vigilant, friends, I don't recommend this place for tourists
The food is very unappetizing, first of all.
The employees are laughing at the person and don't even want to listen.
And Planet bagel – it was very, very, very scary and tough.
When I tried to say that I wanted to change the order, that it wasn't what I wanted, she didn't even listen to me.
Company owner, please keep an eye on your employees. They are very rude, and I don't know, maybe they are the owners of this establishment, but still, the customer is always right, don't forget that, friends.
They didn't even provide a napkin! What kind of company is this? What kind of worker is this? What is this outrage? I'm paying money for this!

I came to this location today around 1:15 PM. I live nearby and have been a regular customer for a long time — I always buy bagels here and have never had any issues. There was a paper sign on the door that said “Cash Only.” Okay, no problem.
When I walked in, two women were inside — one younger, cleaning, and one older. As soon as the older woman saw me, she just walked out of the room. That already felt strange. I asked the younger one if they were open, and she said yes. So I asked if I could order, and she said yes again.
A few minutes later, the older lady came back and, without even looking at me, said loudly, “What does the paper on the door say?” I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or someone else, but then she turned toward me with a rude tone and said, “As you can see, we’re having power issues — we can’t do anything, it’s ringed out.”
I replied that the sign on the door only said “Cash Only” — it didn’t say “Closed.” I had asked several times if they were open, and I was told yes. She then said, “Do you even have cash?” in a very dismissive tone. I said, “Yes, I do, but after this attitude, I don’t feel like buying anything anymore.”
I also mentioned that I live right next door and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I’ve never been treated like this here. Honestly, I was shocked and really disappointed. Today, they lost not only power but also customer service.
This experience left me feeling hurt and upset — it’s not about the bagel, it’s about basic respect.

Been coming here every Monday and always been greeted with a smile. Bagles are superb and my favorite is poppy seed. Mario the manager always obliges and Julie is awesome. Bagles are always baked fresh and taste is always the same.
