40 minutes. No bagel. Asked to check on my order and it was still 10 minutes away. Had to leave to board. Will dispute.

It took 35 minutes for me to get my order. Server was rude. I will never eat here again.

The food is always good, but the service at this location is awful. I waited almost 40 minutes for one bagel sandwich (watching customers who ordered after me come and go with their meals in 10-15 minutes) and when I asked for an update on the timing about 1/2 hour in as my flight was boarding in ten minutes, the person serving just walked away. I did eventually get my sandwich after asking a second employee, but I watched it get made, and it was tossed together in about 30 seconds, and so fell apart when I unwrapped it. Einstein is usually so good, but this location is not it...

My boyfriend’s pulled pork was delicious . My blueberry cream cheese was pretty chewy don’t think I will try that again . But definitely will come back to try other stuff

Terrible service. Item wasn’t labeled as out of stock in system , paid and wasn’t told that an appliance was broken so I ended up not getting what I ordered. Couldn’t get a refund because “their system was down”

Their microwave must go to hell and back.
Everything so so hot.
Breakfast burrito isn’t bad but looked like oil was poured all over it.
It took me a minute to figure out what was supposed to be a hashbrown in the bag.
Coffee wasn’t bad.

Best place to get a breakfast bagel in an airport. The bagel was a little hard for my liking, but delicious in flavor. We got a bacon and cheddar egg sandwich with added avocado and cream cheese as well as a farmhouse bagel with added avocado and onion and chive cream cheese. No drinks this time, but they did have options available. Self ordering stations as well. Atmosphere was 3 stars simply because it was in an airport. I recommend trying it out if you're stuck in the LAX airport and need something before take off.

Slow and you do 90% of job yourself. One person making bagels at a store that sells bagels. You order yourself on a tablet and found out at the gate you have to butter your frozen butter yourself with no knife when you get to the gate.
