You have to order at a kiosk that asks for tip before you receive your order. After about 5mins of waiting for my order an attendant informs me that they are out of the hash browns that are included in the meal deal and offers to substitute with a pastry. I say I want a refund for the hash browns and he says he doesn’t know how to that. Then the manager comes out of the back and looks at my order and realized the kiosk over charged me to begin with and refunds me for the meal deal. I will no longer be eating at restaurants that make me use a kiosk to order. The whole ordeal took around 15mins, what a waste of time for an airport restaurant.

Mariah and Africa were amazing! A large white male was harassing them and I want to be sure they are not penalized for his complaints. He was being very unfair and disrespectful while I was trying to order, very entitled and rude. The two girls listed above did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve his impolite actions.

I can only speak for the Texas Brisket bagel. There was so little on it that I may as well have just ordered a plain bagel. This was after an extremely long wait. I'm sure everything is just fine.

The workers are like a well oiled machine. Even at 5 am everyone was moving so fast to get everyone’s orders out as fast as possible. Dealing with a huge line is not easy, and they did it extremely well with kindness and efficiency. Will come back next time I’m at LAX :)

Do not do the online order. It’s a different system and it is slower than the in person order. The staff are trying hard - not their fault. They are put in an impossible situation by the company.

The food is always good, but the service at this location is awful. I waited almost 40 minutes for one bagel sandwich (watching customers who ordered after me come and go with their meals in 10-15 minutes) and when I asked for an update on the timing about 1/2 hour in as my flight was boarding in ten minutes, the person serving just walked away. I did eventually get my sandwich after asking a second employee, but I watched it get made, and it was tossed together in about 30 seconds, and so fell apart when I unwrapped it. Einstein is usually so good, but this location is not it...
