I would say the high reviews are his relatives... way salty, dry chicken, super aldente rice, beans were ok.. salsa really average.. do not believe reviews... 3 stars given because trying to help out the small business owner..

Best wet burritos ever!
This little gem is perfect place to grab a breakfast burrito and or a quick lunch. Don’t be intimidated by the appearance as it’s in a gas station. Lokey Tess Quick service Resturant in all of Calabasas. Also they take phone orders, which helps cut down time.
Great little lowkey spot, food was quick and tasty, friendly service. I got the pollo picado!

anytime, you get a chance to eat some GREAT food out of the mission, you are doing good. PVT is another location that is great to taste and dine in. Good food, great flavor, good environment, big place. All of your typical dishes plus more. Looking forward to my next visit to PVT

Pleasant surprise to find this small restaurant, very impressed by the wonderful service and food, everything is fresh and cooked to order! I came in around 9am and had their huevous rancheros, which was beautifully done and tasted excellent! Small place with only four tables (w/2 chairs each) and 10 barstools at the eating bar - just a heads up. I’m going to come back and see how the other items are on the menu, it’s inexpensive too. Recommend trying this place...
