We love this place. Food is always consistently good. The service is actually very good and a good value for the money. Great atmosphere, classic Hollywood old school Mexican restaurant.

We had the absolute best experience here as a big group for our friend's 40th birthday. Thank you SO MUCH for the amazing service, beautiful music (beautiful singer!) and fun birthday song. You all made a big night very memorable. We have always loved this restaurant but now even more so, and will definitely be back for other special events. ❤️

We love this place, live around the corner - come here 2x a week for salsa and margaritas. Last two times it’s been rough. Had the chili Colorado today, absolutely flavorless and bland. The meat was dry, sauce was nothing, beans and rice were okay. Service was awful. Literally lunch time, 3 servers - maybe 6 tables. Had to ask 2-3 people for things, waiter just hated my table. Some screw up with billing and the white waitress decided it’s my fault. Wants to charge me more after already charging me for the meal. Proceeds to argue with me about our experience and the bill. I’m good, no one needs this. We’ll be finding somewhere else to always end up. Not worth the hassle, bad service and mediocre food. We’ll find a place where they want our money.

Not sure how Bosch likes this place...food was average at best. Service was decent. Property is aged and has not been fully maintained.

Stopped in to snack on appetizers with a large group of colleagues after a weekend workshop nearby. It took a while for them to open the outdoor back patio for us, but the atmosphere was nice, especially as the sun started to set and the string lights turned on. The food and service was mediocre unfortunately: servers are overworked and plates are greasy with too much cheese on everything, but you may spot a celebrity or two sneak in through the back door like we did during our visit. I was told the cocktails were nicely balanced and not too strong.

Came with my wife for a night out in L.A. It's been several years since I have been here. I remember it being a good spot. But after my visit it'll probably be several years until I return. The place is nice. They had a live band playing so the vibe was good. The hostess was friendly. The bar was ok. My wife liked her flaming mango margarita. It was a vibe. We got seated and loved our little booth. Our waiter wasn't very attentive. Honestly, the food sucked. Not authentic, tasted like it came out of a can, not freshly made. I ordered the bistec ranchero and I didn't even finish it. Bland, and the meat was tough and cheap. The best item was the chips and salsa. The bill was over a hundred bucks with 2 entrees, 1 alcoholic drink, 1 regular drink, and 1 appetizer. Save your money. You can get better tasting food from a mom and pop mexican restaurant for less than half of this place. To be fair everything before the food was great. May be worth stopping by for drinks and appetizers before you go to another restaurant for real cuisine.

Mango habanero wings were so good! Banana daiquiri and mango daiquiri were delicious too! Outside patio was such a vibe while inside very dim and intimate. Owner and waiters were great will definitely be back

The service and experience was absolutely horrible. It was as if we were unwanted. The vibe was very strange, the waiter seems as if we were bothering him by asking questions about the restaurant menu and items, to the point we only ordered our drinks and leaving.
