Nestled in LA, El Delfin offers a captivating culinary escape with its coastal-inspired menu and inviting ambiance. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a relaxed seaside atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu showcases a delightful array of seafood dishes, including standout options like shrimp aguachile and grilled fish tacos, each bursting with fresh flavors. Don't miss their traditional Mexican fare either, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. With refreshing cocktails to top it off, El Delfin promises a memorable dining experience that transports you to the shores of Mexico.

It is pricey - no mistakes about that - but the food is exceptionally good quality combined with very good service.

Since the owner is no longer there, the quality of the service has gone down and they even changed the name.

- 7 mares with only 2 pieces of shrimp and crab legs not even able to crack them because the shell was too soft- 2nd 7 mares my sister ordered had a plastic bag, we didn’t send it back but they still charged us lol- ceviche (mixta), no flavor or even juicy, it was just dry- salmon, good according to my dad- filete de tilapia, average taste , didn’t finish it- guacamole, ordered it but it never cameAnd of course they still wanted their 18% tipLesson learned! Have a great day!Note the restaurant was not busy at all. It still amazes me how places can have such bad food/service when it’s not busy.

This restaurant is fairly low key, and really caters to the locals. That being said, the food and decor were standard for a generic Mexican restaurant and familiar, like El Torito. Nothing very special here, but it's dependable. There's back parking and street parking, and beer is available. I would return if I'm craving this quality of food. It's also affordable too!

Always a great place!

Been eating here every now and then for YEARS and have been very fond of the enchiladas, as that is my go-to choice. Pretty saddened the restaurant has changed management as well as the name after 30 years. Will try this place again to see if anything on the menu has changed.

I’m pretty fond of this place. They have great food and great service. They don’t always have everything on the menu sometimes. For example, I asked for a vampiro but they didn’t have it. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is well decorated and clean.
