Today the service left a sour taste in my mouth. I love their bread. A gentleman in front of me that has been going for 53 years was scolded for not requesting boxes from the beginning. He didn't reply. Then I was next and I told her that the server didn't ask. I believe it was the manager and she told server. The lady flat out lied. The same with lady behind me. What poor customer service. How do you scold people in front of all the customers? The server did ask for...

This recent visit was the worst I've had . I don't see asking a question turned into you have to pay for that before you order.
Yes I did pay and asking if there were anymore pre made boxes. I'm from out of State with Los Angeles roots. My husband's and family favorite bread. Going out of my way to East LA from surrounding area.
