The service was impeccable. The food was excellent. It was a little loud, so it was a bit hard to hear each other, but when it started dying down, it was quieter. Great value for the meal and experience. Would definitely come again.

This restaurant is overrated. I was expecting the "hmmm" after the first bite (since it's a Michelin) no! didn't happen. ordered a salad that was supposed to have dates and goat cheese, it was mainly green salad, then went with the fungi focaccia that the waitress recommended, very normal nothing special about it at all. for the mains we ordered 2 kinds of pasta, the ravioli di mare and the oxtail gnocchi, not that they were bad, but I could have made it at home. The desserts were super good tho! The service was very good too. won't go back to this restaurant, I tried it and that's enough. if you're looking for a real Italian, try Angelini.

EXTRAORDINARIO RESTAURANTE, SERVICIO BUENO, PLATILLOS EXCEPCIONALES.... DIGNO DE SU ESTRELLA....! LAMENTABLEMENTE EN UNA ZONA UN POCO PELIGROSA DE ACCESO. PERO RESTAURANTE FENOMENAL

Nice menu. Arrived 15 minutes early for a 1930 reservation for 5. Waited 40 minutes to be seated. What's the point of making a reservation? No real area for waiting. Stood outside the door along with 2-3 other parties in a small covered area. Finally seated and it's a table by the entrance next to the bar. Table so close to the bar. Very loud. Server kept disappearing. Had to ask for water twice. Brought our first drinks while we had appetizers and never came back to ask about drinks for our meal. After we ate. He had some espresso martinis and asked for the dessert menu. Server took so long to return for our order that we just asked for the check when he finally returned. Food and drinks were delicious. Street parking was not too bad but the wait to be seated and the inattentive server probably will keep us from coming back.

The appetisers were unique and delicious. Service was prompt but clumsy at times and unfortunately the pasta dishes disappointed. The apple tart dessert was spectacular. Yet, it was pricey and not worth it especially for the pasta dishes.

First time visit and definitely worthy a spot to for a repeat performance. The vibe and ambience is relaxed but with an upscale appeal. There were 4 of us for lunch following a visit to the Luna/Luna Exhibition. Each of us tried different craft cocktails and all were unique, beautiful and delicious. Then on to multiple shared appetizers, again each was creative and delicious. The main courses Trout, Arrabbiata pasta, Pork sausage sugo w/ pasta and Gnocchi malfatti. All top shelf dishes worthy of praise. A great day from Art & Dining Excellence!

Really inventive and well crafter dishes. Excellent service. Water never went empty and cleaned plates never stayed for than a minute or so. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place for the pasta lovers in your life

Food is good, service is terrible. We waited 30 mins past our reservation time to be seated. Our server was terrible and knew nothing about food or wine and only occasionally came to check on us. We gave up on dessert because we got tired of waiting.

As always great food and cocktails. This is our 6th time here and it never disappoints. We love the handkerchief pasta, the prosciutto with stracciatella and any pasta with ox tail ragu. See you next time.

The factory kitchen has been one of our favorites. We returned for the first time since the pandemic on Saturday night. We were seated immediately, and had excellent service all evening. Food was delicious and was served in a timely manner. Portions are not large, but the quality of the food was terrific. Overall, a really good value for an excellent meal.

We loved our dinner except the lady on the table next to us was screaming loud shouting the entire time and ruined our date. We could not have a conversation. Food was great. Wine was great. Service was great. Neighbours were horrific.

Having not been to this place for decades, I must say that I was kind of disappointed, First of all, the parking situation is bad as there really is no street parking, only valet. And with the price tag of $12, it doesn't leave you with a good starting feeling. However, the hostess was very pleasant and she actually read my note stating that I would need a table that I could have somewhere I could store my walker nearby, The restaurant itself is not really handicap accessible as their is no ramp to go up to enter. My husband had to pick up my walker and take it up the stairs while I had to climb up the stairs.. Once inside, there is room to maneuver a walker. As for the food, the pasta dish that was recommended to us (egg pasta noodles with calamari?) was very salty as was my pork belly entrée (Porchetta). I kind of expected the pork belly to be a bit salty but it was really salty and a bit fatty, It was tender because of the fat content but it was too rich for my tastes. Even the thin crisp crackers Ciabatta de Strega were salty. The warm apple tart with ice cream was very tasty and probably the best thing we had there, although it was slightly burned around the edges, we ate it all. Our table was next to the open kitchen so we could see the guy who was making the pasta and putting through a press to thin the noodles out. This was an interesting sight to see, Plus our service was good, everyone was attentive,

It's truly my favorite restaurant and have celebrated many birthdays at Factory. The pesto pasta is my favorite. Brings back good memories of the San Rafael area of Italy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Jeff the manager, takes pride in his restaurant and makes sure both staff and customers are well taken care of.

So disappointed. The place is nice though very noisy. We had high expecting but nothing was good. The prechutto was tasty but came with a big blob of cheese that didn't fit in. Not to mention the base that is tasty but very hard to cut making sharing very awkward. The green salad with dates had maybe three tiny pieces of dates. The the focaccia was bland. The Brussels sprouts were not well cooked and quite bitter. The sausage stuffed pasta and the pasta with the rabbit were not bad but not very flavorful. Lastly the banana bread pudding felt as if it was heated in the microwave. Service of our waiters was very slow and not attentive at all. Once food was ready getting it to the table and off the table was efficient.

Place was bustling, as usual, so it's nice to see them thrive. Service was fine, but seated at a cramped little spot, on the other side of a serving station, so it was startling to have staff and servers pop up and over at any moment and throughout the evening. This helps serve staff by cutting down on their steps, understandably, but not very pleasant for diners. Food was good, but two things missed the mark. We had an ortolano salad and a casonzei pasta which were excellent and tasty, but the funghi foccaccine bread was not very crisp, and really soupy with way too many mushrooms. A main dish, the sea robin fish fillet took over 15 minutes to be served, well after everything else, and when it finally arrived, it was overcooked, tasting like a rubbery tube topped with a strange eggplant/tomato sauce, making it muddy and flavorless. A plate costing $38. So while, we have been happy to visit here eight times before over the years, this was a disappointing night, with Factory Kitchen well off its game. It is very difficult for any restaurant to endure, and stepping up to serve excellence meals consistently, but the restaurant needs to step up and try. We will be back again, but not any time soon. Factory Kitchen needs to find its footing and purpose again.
