Keeping it real ... it saddened my heart to see such a iconic landscape crumble under the economic downfall...

Great fun experience with my girlfriend. She had never visited before and was surprised by the rich culture. This place is definitely a must-visit if you're in LA.

It's not the same anymore, there has been no improvements and the stands in the parking lot are very expensive and the food really sucks

A great place to shop for authentic Mexican wares, and they sell everything from adornments to clothes. The food vendors are great they outdo themselves every year. The food places inside sell amazing food. There is parking, its just too bad they built the apartment building in front of it. The apartments are a separate entity.

I've known el mercadito since back in the 80's , and I do recommend it, it's very clean and organized there's lots of things to see and lots of great food and you can find authentic products from Mexico as we'll, so come and visit. Sincerely.

This place has been a part of Los Angeles for a very long time and hopefully it will continue to be so for years to come. Come out and support your mom's and pop's local small businesses and have a fun time doing it. ,,,,🙏👋😁👍
